I went to this location with intention of ordering a meal but had to first use the restroom. What I saw left me disappointed. The bathroom was not in good shape. No toilet paper. The floor was sticky. The toilet bowl had a ring around the inside of it. All in all, not a clean environment. I went to the front and asked for the manager. A young woman approached and I told her my concerns and her defensive response was "I checked earlier." A wholly inadequate response with zero accountability or indication that the situation would be resolved. If that were true, the restroom would have been clean and stocked. Rings around the toilet bowl don't happen spontaneously. I told her I would never eat at that location again. I explained that the condition of a restaurant's restroom facilities are a direct reflection of the management which is a reliable indicator of the overall cleanliness of the establishment and attention to safe food handling practices.

I was there today on august 20th, i asked front counter guy to get a water cup for me. He was so helpful and polite. When i asked him, i can't drink cold water, he offered me warm water. It was just my personal preference. They guy went above beyond. Great customer service today!!!!!

Just like other reviews on this store, we had similar issues, placed mobile order, went to drive thru and was advised that waiting time is 3 minutes as they need to make fresh buffalo fries, food was ok, onion rings were under cooked. Definitely will not be going back here again.

Cold shakes are never available. Today was the 5th time we asked within last 2 weeks and were told “machine is down”.

Highly understaffed. Extremely long, wait times for food that was made very poorly and messy. There were so many frustrated customers waiting in line while the two people who were working were handling a drive-through skipped the dishes, orders, and all the customers that were in the store. There was no napkins or ketchup anywhere and the tables were dirty. The sink in the washroom didn’t even work.
