I recently visited this location and, contrary to some other reviews, I had a very good experience and found the place to be quite decent!
The process of placing my order via the drive-through was smooth and well-executed. The staff member taking the order was excellent—they didn't just take my request, but actively suggested deals and relevant combos, which I really appreciated. It showed they were engaged and helpful, not just processing orders

The service was horrible. The lady asked what my order was three times — twice at the drive thru and once more at the window.
I got home and, in disbelief, they gave me the wrong order….. come on.. They asked me three times what my order was, and they still messed up.
I will NOT return to this establishment. Use your hard-earned money elsewhere

If I can give this place a 10 I would. I've been coming here now for about 2 weeks. The best chocolate milkshakes hands down the crew here is very kind and polite it's the night shift on October 21st 2025 at 8:00 at night
Lol this has to be the worst burger king in canada.. always a wait even with just one person infront of you and no one in drive thru... its going on 15 minutes now for just a whopper combo.. on friday at 12pm they only have 2 people working.. never going back here again!

I buy two whopper combo and I find a Hair and one of the hamburger I called back and I asked to talk to the manager and the guy on the phone. He said he was the manager and duty. I explained him what happened and he say he was sorry I expect to get my money back for one of the whopper, but the only thing he say that he was sorry he’s very sad I know this stuff can happen mans they shut cover there hair and beard when they work on any restaurant with food they should give you the money back anyways I don’t go back there anymore.i don’t recommend this place
