Me and the wife split the “grand slam”. It had a 1/2 rack of ribs, a quarter chicken, brisket, pulled pork and a giant sausage. It came with 2 sides so we chose corn bread and mac&cheese. Everything was outstanding, it was too much food for us to finish in one sitting. Only thing that would have made it more authentic southern bbq would have been honey butter instead of regular butter with the corn bread. Server was great and attentive. Not in Paris Ontario too often but this establishment will give me more reason to go. I’ll be a repeat customer!

Delicious BBQ. Server was very helpful and kind. I ordered the onion straws and peppercorn burger with Mac and cheese.
At each table there is several different BBQ sauce flavours such as chipotle BBQ or applejack bourbon BBQ sauce.
You can also see Mater parked just outside the restaurant.
Convient location as it's close to highway and within minutes of downtown Paris.

I’ve always been a fan of Camp 31’s competition ribs during Ribfest, but I just recently realized they have a full restaurant in Paris—had to check it out, and I’m glad I did!
I ordered the Camp 31 Burger with fries, and it was absolutely delicious. The burger had crispy charred edges with a tender, juicy, and flavourful centre—exactly how a great burger should be. The fries were golden and crispy on the outside and soft inside, cooked to perfection.
The real star for me was the original Camp 31 sauce—I’ve always loved it with their ribs, and now I dip my burger in it with every bite. It’s honestly addictive.
If you’ve only had their BBQ at events like I did, make the trip to the restaurant—you won’t regret it. I’m already planning my next visit.

I ordered the pulled pork sandwich. It was super super dry. No sauce at all. Big disappointment. We waited a while in line.

Overall, a decent BBQ restaurant. Ribs & fried chicken are really great. Except for the superb baked beans, the sides are underwhelming. The service is fast & friendly.
The bathrooms are the big downfall here. The mens was disgusting & according to my wife & Daughter the women's was gross.

Camp 31 is one of the best bbq restaurants I’ve ever been to! The ribs are absolutely phenomenal that Im proud say my mouth is mesmerized. The bbq sauce is great, full of flavour, the ribs were tender, so was the pulled pork. But yeah, the service was great! Everyone was so kind, and overall i loved my experience and I’d totally recommend it! For sure coming back

I have ate here Twice and both times the food has been terrible (now this was a few years ago never got around to reviewing and i swore id never be back) first time we went i had a combo platter, Pulled Pork, fried chicken and the sauage,
Pulled Pork - tasteless mush that was frozen thawed
fried chicken- Nice Flavor too bad it was over cooked and dry
Sasauge- Meh!
Second visit I had a Steak - WOW big mistake flavorless unseasoned piece of leather with a hint of smoke flavor just gross
I dont understand peoples obsession with this place! way better restaurants in Paris than this

Had a great time once again. The food was amazing! I had the ribs, chicken, and sausage everything was great, so much so that I have lunch for tomorrow 😋. I've been to a lot of barbecue restaurants and this one is hands down my favourite. It's well worth the 45 minute drive for me. I also have to point out the amazing staff as they were fantastic and fast.

Very frustrating place to get a table! Called to reserve but was told that you have to wait in line on weekends. (2 months ago could not get in.) Tried again mid Nov at 5:30pm Saturday and saw a full parking lot, quite a wait. Unfortunate when someone in your party does not wait, ever. Oh well, guess this place is off my list of destinations.
I've heard good things about this place, but unfortunately didn't have the best experience.
Took my son for lunch and split the 3 meat meal. Pulled pork was good, but the ribs were super dry and fibrous to the point where we left about half (we tried).
The service was very greeting, I was happy with it. The ribs were dry, little to no meat, and the membrane was still on. BBQ sauce was good. Atmosphere was a nice western setting, tvs aren't in good spots though.
