I can honestly say when my wife and I drove through the drive through at this place today we were completely blown away by the quality and time through the whole transaction. First off the clear crisp speaking bubbly person sure caught us off guard! WOW, what a novel concept! The Gentleman walked through the order, not making one mistake or asking me the same questions over and over because they didn’t understand. When we pulled up to the window to pay, the same Gentleman immediately asked us if we had CAA or Scene points or both. We handed our CAA card over and got 10% off, and we could have used Scene if we’d had it. A great experience start to finish, and to top it off the food was excellent as well. Maybe a few other local fast food places should have your team meetings here to see how it’s done! We will be back another day!!

They also regularly do not give a receipt.

I order the deep fried pickles which is expensive and already comes with a low amount (4). There has been 3 separate times at this same harvey’s in Paris that i have gotten either half a pickle or just the small burnt breaded part with no pickle. For the price they are employees should be ensuring they put the right amount, the full pickle and the good sized ones. Maybe the company should even up the amount that comes in the pack.
