Food should be a 0 star….. Today at 8:30 pm we grabbed a quick dinner on the way home…. Yes we know it’s fast food and take out…. But come on Harvey’s….. Ordere 2 reg size poutines and deep fried pickles….. Employer say we are making fresh pickle to pull into a waiting parking stop… sure no problem…. Fries in the poutine Ice cold even with hot well warm gravy on them…. Mine tastes ok But wife’s was cold too same as mine but hers had a Burnt taste to it…. 🤢 And as for the fresh deep fried pickles…. Over cooked and so small the are baby dill size….. like come on really…. In today’s world of over priced and over valued products, you would expect fast food to be a little bit better than what I received today….

I pop in for lunch every so often (it's close to work). Today I was with a co worker, it happened to be her birthday (she was wearing a birthday crown lol) the counter staff brought us out 2 pies and wished her a happy birthday. 10/10 customer service.

These are my favourite fast food restaurant burgers. Always ask if fries are fresh or request fresh fries to avoid grease soaked lukewarm fries but onion rings are usually fresh. Service is usually quick.

Loved my buffalo chicken sandwich very fast service
I can honestly say when my wife and I drove through the drive through at this place today we were completely blown away by the quality and time through the whole transaction. First off the clear crisp speaking bubbly person sure caught us off guard! WOW, what a novel concept! The Gentleman walked through the order, not making one mistake or asking me the same questions over and over because they didn’t understand. When we pulled up to the window to pay, the same Gentleman immediately asked us if we had CAA or Scene points or both. We handed our CAA card over and got 10% off, and we could have used Scene if we’d had it. A great experience start to finish, and to top it off the food was excellent as well. Maybe a few other local fast food places should have your team meetings here to see how it’s done! We will be back another day!!

They also regularly do not give a receipt.
