Sorry we are out of chicken, third time this Has happened . How does a Chicken restaurant run out of chicken. Spoke with manager, sorry is all you get, send in a KFC survey, all you get is a call to say sorry, no coupons, discounts etc. Horrible customer service

I went and ordered I waited nearly half an hour for food. They said 20 minutes. Nope. It was MEH at best. I will stick to popeyes across town. Their faster. Taste better...and cheaper.
