Who ever was working the kitchen line last night at around 4:30pm should be ashamed of them selves. The fries were burnt, probably left over and fried again for warmth. The servers were lovely though.

Ordered off of uber eats a family pack of fish, asked for tartar sauce and vinegar. Ordered a $16 salad for the family. There was no tartar sauce in the bag and no salad either!! Very unimpressed by this service. Everyone was very unsatisfied.

Brutal service. Half empty restaurant, plenty of young servers running around. We were seated, handed side plates and waited. And waited. The empty table when we arrived, now full, is served before us, then the one next to them. And we waited. I asked a young lady, I assume just a bus person, if we can get a server. She went over and talked to the server that was apparently ours. Nothing. Served another table and disappeared. We waited another few minutes and gave up. Absolutely awful service.
We’ve been coming to Legends for wings night off and on for quite a few years. We had Kaitie serving us tonight, and we had to give a review because she is the best server we have ever had here. She is so friendly and extremely attentive.

So disappointed after many great experiences at this location in the past. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap with fries in a Medium sauce and the amount of sauce they dumped in the wrap made it nothing but a soggy mess that fell apart in my hands creating an even larger mess and to top that off there wasn't a drop of soap in the men's bathroom so I couldn't even clean up the mess on my hands properly. The wings I ordered as an appetizer were cooked well but had almost no sauce on them at all, the plate had plenty though. If I didn't know better it looked as though they dumped the sauce on the plate and just sat the wings on top. I also ordered a Ceasar as my drink and it tasted like bad Clamato Juice that someone just dumped a gallon of black pepper in. I don't know what kind of people were working in that place on Sept 24 At 7:30PM or if they even knew what they were doing but it made for a terrible visit so much so that we will likely not return. I realize sometimes things may be subpar due to new hires, cooks etc. but for absolutely everything to just be bad and poor quality usually points to just poor standards. It's too bad because I always loved this place.
