We went and grabbed a slice of pizza for my son. We sat at the tables and a mouse.ran across the floor from the kitchen to the garbage can by the front door. My husband told the employee and he didn't seemed phased. He said we have exterminators in every so often.

Word of caution when ordering from pizza pizza. Placed and online order, called to confirm it went through ok. Waited a half hour and called to see where my order was, placed on hold for 20 minutes till closing time and was told there was some technical difficulties and told the store was closed. I demanded they make my order which they did, it arrived an hour later ( 1.5 hours late total) I sent an email to customer service explaining what happened and was told that they sent me my order free of charge so nothing was the matter. They did not tell me it was free of charge and I paid the driver. I told them that I paid them and they would look into getting my refund. Was told today that the driver told them they only received a $5 tip and that they couldn't do anything! So they are calling me a liar! Worst experience ever, be warned.

Sooooo 3rd time here and no pizza whatsoever. Let that sink in. 3rd time. No pizzas. Not even slices. Does this location even actually make money? Nothing is ever made and this was at 3:30 in the afternoon. What happens during a rush? Does this location even know what a lunch rush or supper rush is? And then wait a half hour for a medium pizza with no other orders. I think some retraining needs to happen. Also they need to have some pride in their job. And wearing sandals in a \\\"kitchen\\\" and not washing hands are a no no. At least in any kitchen I have worked in!!

Were looking for a really good pizza in Brantford. Cycling through the suggestions - tried Maria’s West. Whoa! Really yummy pizza. Lots of toppings, cheese and crust much better/crunchier - toppings to the edge and not too thick crust. Our new favourite pizza place!

The one pizza I have had from here tasted good, but was cut terribly. The center where the cuts cross was closer to the edge than the middle of the pizza. This meant that some of the 9 slices were huge, and others were tiny. Yes, I said 9 slices.
