I had a wonderful experience at Popeyes! The food was fresh, delicious, and served quickly. The customer service was excellent, especially from the front lady Pavneet. She was very polite, welcoming, and made sure my order was perfect. Her friendly attitude really made my visit enjoyable.

Highly recommend this location for great food and amazing service! 🍗✨

I usually do not write reviews, however I visited this Popeyes I am not from the area. I am highly disappointed in the product. I ordered a classic chicken burger combo and while eating my burger I found a bug in it about halfway through. I also found not one but two bugs in my drink. I was too far to turn around and lost my appetite so I didn’t even want to go back and have them remake it. If I could rate 0 stars I would this is disappointing and distasteful.

I always end up here at night and the crew is absolutely fantastic every time. The food is always fresh, and staff are very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend this location and don’t listen to some of these other reviews because I’ve worked in the industry and majority of the time it’s just butthurt customers leaving a shitty review. Pavneet to be specific has been amazing everytime and another guy that’s always there at night, need more workers like them!

Ordered 3 piece tenders and popcorn shrimp. Both reheated. The tenders came out stale tasting a damp batter. The popcorn shrimp was very dry. The whole bottom of the box was filled with dry bits of just batter. Like pebbles. Not very good. They did give me fresh cooked chicken tenders. But I was dissatisfied that the popcorn was the same way. Yuck

I went to Popeyes today, and the night shift crew deserves major recognition. I work night shift myself, so they’re usually the first people I see when I start my day around 11:45 p.m., and it’s always such a pleasant interaction. This team has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time — friendly, professional, and just genuinely good people.

The young lady who was closing last night was especially great. She’s always so kind, and this time she really made my day — I forgot to add part of my usual order, but she recognized me and added it for me without me even having to ask. It might seems small, but that simple gesture made me feel seen and appreciated, and it honestly set the tone for my whole day.

The food was hot, fresh, and delicious as always, but the people working there are what really make this location stand out. Huge shoutout to the night shift crew — you all are outstanding!

I have never in my life had my order messed up more than when I was the only person in this drive through line, I will likely never return idk how you can mess up that intensely wow.

It was the most clean Popeyes Branch I have visited so far in entire Canada,
The cashier working on June 26th was amazing, he definitely should be given a raise and also a promotion beside a generous bonus 👌👍

Great experience at this Popeyes! Not only was the food fresh and tasty, but the customer service was excellent. The staff (punjabi girl) greeted me with a smile, took the time to make sure my order was right, and even checked in to see if I needed anything else. It really makes a difference when fast-food places treat
customers with care. Will definitely be coming back!
