The drink I got today didn’t notice till I drank half of it. I ordered a venti iced chai tea latte first got a grande but didn’t ask for it. So then I got a venti but this drink has curdled bad milk. I love Starbucks and hope this won’t happen again or to someone else.

lady at window was super rude, didn’t say a word to us, didn’t make any conversation and no your welcome after our thankyou’s. Not a single word, i came at 1:20pm on Wednesday October 30th. Starbucks needs to do better with who they are hiring.. starting to turn out the same as every single fast food chain with their awful customer service.
I grab coffee every morning during the work week, and no matter who serves me it is always done with such friendly service. The store is always clean and tidy, cozy and welcoming. And the coffee is always hot Special shout outs to Sierra, she has the absolute friendliest and most outgoing attitude/ personality when serving me, and really sets a positive tone for my day heading into work. The morning grumps are no match for her, they are defeated everytime :)

I can’t say enough about the incredible staff at the Starbucks in Paris, Ontario. Every visit, no matter the time or day, I’m greeted with the warmest smiles and top-notch customer service. The team here truly makes the experience special, always going the extra mile to ensure you feel welcomed.
However, I must admit that I prefer the drive-thru to the café itself. My few attempts to enjoy a drink inside were less than pleasant. The acoustics are quite poor, with the music often blaring too loudly and the sound bouncing off the walls. It makes it nearly impossible to hold a conversation with someone sitting right next to you. It’s a real shame because the atmosphere could be so much better if it were designed with comfort in mind.
It feels like the space was intended for quick visits—grab your drink and go—rather than a cozy spot to meet friends. If you’re looking for a friendly face and great service, this location definitely delivers. Just stick to the drive-thru if you’re hoping for a relaxed chat!

I went there first time, because my friend insisted invited me, but very boring place and not good enough thea or coffee, also when I think this company send me money again Palestine country GAZA, I will never go there.
My beautiful pooch had his first Pup-accino from Starbucks Paris ON and he absolutely loves it. The staff at this location are local and always so incredibly friendly! Thanks everyone for including our furry friends too! Cheers, Spicy
