great service as always but the drink i ordered that i always get was gross this time. i ordered a sugar cookie matcha and im pretty sure they forgot the sugar cookie. either that or they watered it down or something

I just went through the drive thru here and i was served by a young girl who proceeded to make fun of my name(immediately to pulling up to the window)and then continues to hand me a dripping hot coffee which then got all over my light pants and burnt my leg. maybe have her in the back next time🤷🏻♀️

I got a suspicious look when I asked for a refill after sitting quietly in the corner with my latte for about an hour—well, I brought my own cup. It would’ve been nice to receive a printed copy of my receipt, so I can show them a proof. I got the refill, but the experience was quite uncomfortable.
Still leaving 5 stars but guys PLEASE start shaking your matcha properly! Every time I order a Matcha, it comes clumpy And no one wants a clumpy bitter Matcha. I feel bad asking for it to be remade for this reason so please just start shaking them enough that this doesn’t happen 💝💝💝!

I’m BEGGING yall to stop writing on the cups unless you use sharpie!!! For months this location has used white, pink, purple and now black ink that DOESNT dry. So you drink your drink, get ink all over your had, and if you don’t realize you stain everything around you. My steering wheel, my clothing…. And now I just realized my apple phone case is covered in black :(
