Stillwaters is in a beautiful location. The ambiance is casually elegant. The menu is varied and interesting, but I found the food to be a bit uneven. My dining companion had the Ultimate Baked Chicken Parm Mac n' Cheese and it was FANTASTIC.My Forager Chicken Gnocchi was just fine. The Coconut Shrimp appetizer was just fine.The service also wasn't great. It was a bit of an effort to get a water refill, and there didn't seem to be too much of an interest in taking our order or bringing us through the meal successfully.Please be advised that this restaurant is up a flight of stairs and that the elevator available is extremely slow and feels somewhat unsafe.Still, I would return and try out some other menu options if/when I'm in Paris.

Our meal was very tasty. We were there for a birthday dinner. It was a Thursday night which apparently is some sort of date night special. Our waitress clearly didn’t want to be there. We had one drink and she never came back to ask if we wanted more. Main course arrived before we were done our appetizer. Very awkward. Bill arrived before we were able to order coffee or desert drinks. It's too bad. Service was pretty bad. Maybe we just got unlucky.

I had the sous vide lamb shank with beans and it was very good. However, the kitchen forgot the included gremolata and when I asked for it they gave me a very small portion. Someone in my party ordered a steak sandwich and they forgot the top bun. Regardless, portions were large and well-priced given the emphasis on local food. I’d definitely check this place out if you’re in Paris, beautiful views from both inside the restaurant and on the patio.

I shared the Mushroom Gnocchi and Fish Tacos, both were pretty good, but a bit cold on the tacos. The view of the river was very nice, and the restaurant looked great inside. Service was good, the food took a long time but they gave us free crème brûlées because of it.

Great service and great view. I was disappointed in the food. Friends had to send their steaks back. I ordered the steak sandwich. It came on only half of a baguette. The baguette was rock hard. I think it was old and stale.i could barely cut it with my steak knife...and I would not have called it a sandwich. Steak tasted good and salad was somewhat plain but fine.

Amazing atmosphere, we were lucky to get a table by the window. Honestly felt sorry for those sitting near the kitchen, too much noise. Service was amazing, felt welcome. Food is a joke, can't understand those comments who give a 5 star food rating about this place. We all go out for the experience, but the food has much to improve. Even a Costco burger taste better, I mean it.

This place has a prime spot overlooking the river. It's not really a ripoff as you'd imagine, though.
