Ordered couple of times from this location in evening and also dine in as well and every time we get bread like rubber, neither me or my kids was able to finish it, It’s not about one time. Come on guys.

This location genuinely needs to re evaluate who they hire to represent them because the staff has zero customer service skills and they really don’t care about anything or anyone. I had placed an order online an hour prior to pick up as I had to have it ready to drop off to my mom when she was taking her dinner break at work. The pick up was for 5:35 pm, just as we pulled into the parking lot at 5:30 pm, the employee called to say she didn’t understand my note which why wouldn’t you call me earlier when I needed my food for 5:35. Then we go in and they hadn’t even started with our order and are just working on something else. I ask the employee about the status and she says we needed to ask about the note and we have customers in store to serve. Now I’ve worked in fast food as well, if you offer mobile orders and in person orders then have adequate staff for both or don’t accept orders from both channels. After confronting her, she began my order with the only other employee there. This again left a big line in the store. There should’ve been work divided amongst the two employees in order to ensure customer satisfaction. Also, we were fasting so asked for a change of gloves, one employee did but the other didn’t. I’m vegetarian and that’s just something I don’t feel comfortable with. Then to top it all off, she puts the sandwiches in a bag and when my dad took the bag the handle ripped off and he caught the bag thankfully but when we asked for a new bag, she said oh just hold it from the bottom. Lol. I have never ever wanted to take a tip back so badly cause they didn’t deserve it at all. I hope the owner or manager looks at these and addresses these concerns because I’m obviously not the only one. Genuinely felt unhappy to eat this food.

i got a sub it had a black hair in it i’m blonde he remade it and second time around there’s another black hair in it told me a manager wasn’t in until the morning i work in fast food there is always one manager in and no matter what ur food is remade and ur refunded both times i found a hair in my food and he told me there was no manager so wrote down my info and the first time i was eating in and i only got told “well i can re make it” re made it and i obviously had lost my appetite so later on i went to eat the new sub and again another black hair im disgusted and disappointed called back and said no refund available and started swearing at me because i was angry about there being hair in my food don’t recommend there’s another subway in paris id recommend the other one:)

So i order for pick up by the subway app after the placing a order i specially call at store about instructions … bt they didn’t follow my instructions what i said than i went back at store with my sub after that i complained about it … bt she rudely said i can not do anything now nd her behaviour was so rude … she dnt even accept her fault even she denied to helping me her name is might be laxy… sorry to say m very disappointed about this

Go here often and the service has been declining. My expectations are not high but this is ridiculous. A little care would go a long way, throwing meat on a bun is not acceptable.

Terrible experience. The meat wasn't cooked properly. In fact the first time itself we had that doubt but still gave it a try another time. Never again. Grand River is better and hardly a 5 minute drive. Would recommend that place over this anytime.

BRUTAL!!!! got here with an hour until they are closed. All they had for bread was 3 foot longs of white bread. You don't close for an hour, make more bread. Both subways in Paris have taken a SERIOUS dive since the new owners.

Terrible experience. Got home my sandwich was as hard as a rock. When I called back just to let them know the bread might be stale , no manager was present and the guy who answered wouldn’t do anything but argue with me about that I’m wrong and there was nothing he could do about it.

Ordered a cold cut trio this past weekend and have never been so violently sick in my life. After reading other reviews — I can see other complaints of food poisoning after eating here. This issue will be escalated.I will never purchase a sandwich from this location again.

I would give a zero if I could. The bread was hard I couldn't finish it. The toppings were thrown on the subs falling out everywhere when opened. The guys working had a huge language barrier and they just kept talking to each other in there own language and laughing. I even went as far as writing a list and they still had trouble. Avoid this subway if you want good food and good customer service.
