Oxford Excavation

The employee had terrible attitude. Did not want to give me the type of bread I wanted even though he had few extra ones. His excuse was he is saving those bread for an online order. Grill not working which I can understand but slapping toppings on like he is beating up the sub is unacceptable if you are going to be in the food service business. My wife left the sub after two bites. This is how poorly it was made. I hope managements reads this and fix the attitude of their employees.

Teribleeeee customer service, the toppings were wrong and the person on the phone said I’m 100% sure I did it right, and it wasn’t and they just said “what do you want me to do” like at the very least offer a credit of some sort or have the manager be in touch with us.

vegetables were frozen in the containers, employee behind the counter tried to argue that they are fresh vegetables and not frozen while in fact holding up a completely frozen cucumber slice. staff has poor attitudes across the board and toppings containers were visibly dirty as if they had not been washed.

Bread was stale the server didn't change her gloves between handling the customer before me, I called to speak to someone about it and all that was said is sorry fornthe inconvenience and she hung up the phone. Called back to speak to a manager and she just kept saying uh hu, Not till tonight

Amazing staff super nice super fast service

CRITICAL DIETARY ALERT* Ok so right off the bat decent food(I mean it's subway), mostly deserted so you'll have fast service, but the main thing I just have to bring to peoples attention is the health risk they expose people to. So I'm almost done they've toasted my sub and are at the veggies and I guess they misheard me and put jerked aoli on when I don't like sauces period. To try and fix it she attempts to scrape it off but it's already on there so I ask for them to redo it as it was their mistake. I get it's annoying but the resentment was uncalled for, her coworker then came over to the sub (while she remade my order) and began dismantling it putting the sauce covered lettuce, tomato and meats back in their bins before throwing out the bun. This is absolutely revolting knowing the level of contamination they're comfortable exposing their patrons to
