We had take out like we always do for a night of not cooking… but this time the dinner was not quit up to par like it always is… and I’m not one to complain but this time I had to… And call the resturant and they immediately Corrected and replace our dinners and when I picked back up… the manager personally handed me our meal apologizing for the inconvenience…. Best service I have ever had… and so glad there is people still willing to make things right in today age… Wish I can remember the managers name… But thank you for the great service Your team should be proud…

Usually when we eat in at this location the food is good. But we ordered tonight, and the quality is not there and this isn’t the first time with ordering out it hasn’t been good. I ordered the festive special did not get any stuffing, my chicken is DRY as hell, the ribs were meh and my lettuce in my salad is brown. I really don’t understand why the take out experience is worse then the dine in, but this was a total waste of money. Very disappointed
It was amazing to have a Canadian food in Paris,ON. Thought I was in Paris, but, I was actually in Paris, Canada 😂 Although I came all the way from GTA. The food was delicious and the lady who served was kind and patient.

The festive special is now a complete rip off - look at any of the pictures from the ads online and tell me that this is the same thing. Overall, very unappetizing and the portion size of the chicken is ridiculous. Used to love the festive special, but I won’t be back.
