We had take out like we always do for a night of not cooking… but this time the dinner was not quit up to par like it always is… and I’m not one to complain but this time I had to… And call the resturant and they immediately Corrected and replace our dinners and when I picked back up… the manager personally handed me our meal apologizing for the inconvenience…. Best service I have ever had… and so glad there is people still willing to make things right in today age… Wish I can remember the managers name… But thank you for the great service Your team should be proud…

Usually when we eat in at this location the food is good. But we ordered tonight, and the quality is not there and this isn’t the first time with ordering out it hasn’t been good. I ordered the festive special did not get any stuffing, my chicken is DRY as hell, the ribs were meh and my lettuce in my salad is brown. I really don’t understand why the take out experience is worse then the dine in, but this was a total waste of money. Very disappointed

The festive special is now a complete rip off - look at any of the pictures from the ads online and tell me that this is the same thing. Overall, very unappetizing and the portion size of the chicken is ridiculous. Used to love the festive special, but I won’t be back.

Do not order delivery from here. We had an order from them and it was showing as arrival is ASAP - I called after 45 mins for an update and they told me ASAP means they have too many orders and cannot guarantee a time. In what world is that what ASAP means? They confirmed our food was with their driver for more than 30 minutes at that point but cant give a timeline. At about the hour mark my husband was just about to leave and get food elsewhere when the delivery driver showed up (about an hour after we ordered). We paid $100 for food that was driven around town for about 45 mins before being delivered...it would be one thing if they were apologetic when I first called and offered a timeline - but they were dismissive (of course they were, they already had our money).

waited an hour for my order paid extra for the FESTIVE SPECIAL for 3 meals all meals missing buns and stuffing paid extra for NEW loaded potatoes that were a puddle of instant potatoes with processed cheese slopped on them served in a cardboard box the chicken was good and that's all I got to eat from my meal and lindor chocolates. very disappointing to pay almost 70 $ for 3 meals and still be hungry 😕
