Got my order wrong and forgot the dips for it.. just decided to go back for the dips and they were wrong once again. Also My side Cesar salad was just a little bit of lettuce that tasted like dirt and some sauce, no croutons or anything else with it.. felt like a big waste of almost $50

The meal I ordered was the festive hot chicken dinner white meat I got dark meat the stuffing was glue like and it came with green beans that were like eating straw. The chocolates that came with it were good . First time I have had an actual terribleeal at Swiss chalet.

First of all this location has to be one of the worst in all of Canada. And it doesn't seem to matter if I select 84 Lynden I always end up getting defaulted to the one in Paris preparing and delivering my food. I am one of those people who orders the exact same thing from every place and my go-to thing from Swiss Chalet is the chicken wrap with french fries. And this location is the only one where I get the skinniest smallest wrap filled to the brim with lettuce and the SMALLEST amount of chicken.
Now I used to do deliveries so I know that things can happen however it doesn't change the fact that I'm paying for my food to arrive warm and if it is delivered to the wrong address in a completely different neighborhood by the time it gets to me it is cold which unfortunately is what happened this evening the driver was fantastic so I don't want him to get into any trouble However the fact is is that I paid $40 for it to be delivered and I expected it warm at least the french fries and the dipping sauce.
If I wanted a lettuce filled tortiwiktI would just make my own. If I order a chicken wrap, the i expect it to contain chicken. This location makes these tiny little wraps compared to ANY location I've been to in Canada. And I travel a LOT.

Id give Sherry 6 stars if i could. Pleasant, attentive and quick. Food was good, and the 4.99 coors light was a nice bonus. The place was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed. Overall a nice experience.

My wife ordered 1/4 chicken dinners for us and our (young) kids, they were very excited to have pumpkin pie as dessert. However instead of pie, the boxes were full of Caesar salad… not something my kids eat, so my wife called the store and they agreed to deliver the pies out to us… 2+hours later just before bed time the pies arrived. I took the bag from the delivery driver (apparently the owner my wife tells me) and he proceeded to drive into my lane way further and on to my grass and drive over my sons bicycle… he asked me what happened and I told him what he just did and said “oh sorry” and drove off…not cool Swiss chalet… get orders correct and none of this would have happened! Avoid this location, we did dine-in with friends a few weeks earlier after church and our server asked us to not order chicken …?!?!?
