Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Tim Hortons. A staff member — a woman with short black hair, usually working the drive-thru window — was putting her saliva on her fingers to open food bags in full view of customers. It was disgusting, unsanitary, and completely unprofessional. To make things worse, her attitude was rude and dismissive, like she simply didn’t care. I was so disturbed, I couldn’t even eat what I ordered and threw it out. This kind of behavior shows a serious lack of hygiene standards and customer respect. Honestly, if this is how staff handle food, I won’t be coming back — and I’d strongly warn others to think twice.

I’ve been coming to this Tim hortons for 4 years now and the decline in service as been insane. Especially drive-thru not once or twice but 2 out of 5 orders I place they get wrong. And why are you hiring people to do drive thru that can barely understand English? I’m not being racist. I’m saying that as a Canadian born brown person, I don’t get it… Why put people in a customer service positions when they can’t even understand the language being spoken. Absolute garbage service, I’m done with this location.

I usually don’t care enough to put out a lengthy reviews, but I’ve had enough recently. I was waiting in drive-thru for about 14 minutes just for them to completely screw up my order and I go inside and I have to wait another 12 minutes, Just to deal with another person that can’t speak English properly.
