I really, really don't know why I keep going back to this non-functional Tim Hortons.
There's been *several* times over the last five years where I've been in their drive thru for over ten minutes waiting for a coffee, and many times in these cases I've simply left.
Today, in line for, yep, ten minutes. Lady in front of me is ordering steak tartare and ramen noodles and fresh carrot cakes and stromboli and god knows what else, and here's me looking for a coffee (I know, right?). She finally gets her turkey dinner and salmon fillets and kimchi and FINALLY, I pull up to the window...and there is no one in it.
After ten....flippin.... minutes, you can't be ready in the window with my drink?
What good are you, then? Exactly? As a coffee shop? No good at all, that's what good you are. None.
Meltzer gives it -6 stars. Pure trash.

If you have any food allergies, don’t come here. It has happened twice now where I have ordered a tea with oat milk but instead was given a tea with regular milk. This is an issue to me as me and my daughter have an allergy to cows protein. I even double checked with them and they said “yep it’s oat milk” and then I had a sip and discovered it wasn’t. Seriously- this isn’t okay. You can’t serve people things they have allergies to AFTER they’ve told you they have an allergy and double checked.

Girl at the speaker didn’t understand English, I had to repeat my order 4-5 times, why is she being trained to take orders when she doesn’t even understand the language.

Teach those new employees how to work the cream and sugar machines!! It’s hit n miss there every morning. It’s not hard to make a simple double double. Get it right! These new hires are lazy and horrible at their jobs. I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s been noticing a decline in service here lately. Half the time I’m not sure if I got a regular roast a dark roast or just burnt coffee. Is it a double double a regular or just cream. It’s like this every morning now. Just please. Teach these guys how to use the machines. And notice when they’re not putting out properly. Geez. Make them earn the money. Not just stand around and collect it. I’ll happily change my review when things get better. But till then this is how I feel about this location.

Never really liked the coffee here. This Tim Horton’s makes the worst coffee.
No matter the time of day, coffee seems to taste awful half the time!

Purpose of this review is for people to take their job seriously .
If i asked for a steep tea , its not like i am having it for first time, giving it cold and then justifying it , doesn’t make any good. If you are given an opportunity over another person be responsible about it .Especially myself i am indian and i work i don’t want people to judge the whole community for some of those who don’t take things seriously. So please grow up and start paying attention
Accepting a mistake doesn’t make you look smaller, instead you will look more mature
For the management, I visit here regularly i love the environment. Just they need to take things serious from now on

Parking lot with garbage strewn all over the place. Inside, no clean tables, scraps of food and garbage on the floor. I guess Tim Hortons (all location) doesn’t clean up much anymore, inside or out 🤷🏻♂️.
Shrinkflation on their donuts for sure too.

I encountered bad customer service when I placed bonline order and entered the restaurant immediately after placing the order and started waiting at mobile pickup area. I still can’t believe what I overheard employees talking about me in Punjabi. They did not know i was the same person who placed this order. I am Indian myself.
After seeing my order the female staff member told male staff member in Punjabi that some “JASPREET” (in derogatory way) placed an order. Then male staff member told in same language that just rush her order and don’t worry about the quality because who cares about these “JASPREETS” (in insulting manner) .
I just couldn’t believe. I always thought people are just picking on tim hortons workers lately without any reason until this happened to me.

Long line to place my order. One decaf coffee and one donut. The donut was fine, the decaf coffee It was certainly not hot! Not even warm! You would think they got it out of the fridge!

There’s a woman that works the drive through mostly in the mornings her name is Carroll she has short black hair I believe. She just makes my morning !!! she always greets me with a smile she’s never in a bad mood. Seeing her in the drive thru makes me smile!!!! She deserves a raise !!!
