This has got to be one of the cleanest friendliest Tim Hortons I've been. I love the furniture & the decor of the restaurant. We didn't have time to stay but the benches n chairs looked very comfortable & cozy ❤️🧡

I went to this Tim hortons to order a too good to go box right after I ordered the man gave it to me, I opened it and thought they were just some good and yummy sweet leftovers that I was gonna give to my kids the next morning for their school lunch. Sounds good right?, little did I know the next day when I was pack my little toddlers lunch, I found 3-4 tiny roaches in the timbits and donuts they had gave me. Thank god I checked before giving my little toddler his sweets. I am never going to order this again in my life and I will not recommend this for anyone who thinks it’s a 4.99 cheap sweets box, because then you will find so many little roaches 🪳. After that I called Tim hortons and told the lady about this and she said she will call me back and talk to her manager in about 5 minute I thought i am gonna get a call back, I waited couple hours nothing, I called Tim hortons and nobody replied 😒 NEVER RECOMMED AND PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE!!!! 0 Rating if i could

This location is always slow if you go in. There's always a wait because their drive thru times seem more important.

My hubby just went to grab me a medium French vanilla and thought it was a little light, so he took the lid off but the foam was up to the brim. Once it settled, there was 1/4 of the cup that was empty. If your customers are paying full price for their drink, you should make sure that the cup is full. This isnt this first time either, but this is getting ridiculous now. Do better.

Just tired of going to this Tim's. It is one shot in 10 you will get a nice cup of coffee made the way you asked for. The rest of the time, regardless of what you say when placing your order you get what the server hears or cares to make. My solution as I order take out is to take it home and fix it to what I asked for as you just give up with frustration.
I suggest to readers that are also disappointed at this branch to drive to the next Tim's at 151 Dundas Street or if the road construction to get to that branch is a pain then try the one at 304 Grand River Street in Paris. I love my dark roast coffee as much as another coffee fan and for the most part it is made as I ask for in the other two branches but this branch on Rest Acres Road the staff just don't try. If it is not maybe the usual double double then I guess they don't want to try. I ask for a dark roast with three cream, 2 sugar and it is always a shot in the dark you will I get what you asked for and paid for. To be fair if you get the right server that has made your order in the past it will be perfect.
I appreciate the work is very hard and there are so many orders to make and having customers complaining online is not great but if you can try make what is asked most of the time for it would be really appreciated. Thanks for reading.

I always have worst experience in this location. I was waiting there for my order and all the staff was busy in talking with each other. I called them for almost 3 time but they ignored me. I think you really need to change your staff. I got my tea and really I throw it in the bin and even when ever I order herb and garlic pastry they always burn it instead of just warming it.
