I went in today and the manager running the counter was great. I ordered two broccoli soups, however got two potato bacons as they ran out and didn’t Inform me or the manager. I went back to him as im allergic to red meat he was super apologetic, gave me a refund and offered to give me something free as an apology.
I guess this 4 stars for atmosphere shouldn't reflect the resturant....however, people are just ignorant by not placing their garbage in the garbage. They just expect the staff to do it.....I bet they didn't even leave a tip.
Great Tims. Been going there for years. Good service and nice workers..... but today while l ate a man was washing the floor and the big yellow bucket was so dirty and l would say germy that l packed up my food and left. It made me feel sick.
