I only come here because it's close to work. They have made mistakes with my orders. Staff is really slow.. more gossiping going on inside than anything else. I am going on more than 10 mins waiting for my Sandwich today..and it is not busy here..1/2 hour for lunch 15 mins of that eaten up Tims.

Honestly the worst Tim Hortons in town. Ignore everyone in the building for the drive thru. 10 people scrambling around ignoring the counter. Never have call ahead orders ready on time. I will drive across town to go to the one on grand river, they're way better. Over it.

Had to stop here on a road trip and it was the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had from a Tim’s
Went through drive thru, got our drinks fast, but sat there for over 10 minutes waiting for our wraps. Sat there and no one communicated at all. Never got an apology afterwards and the wraps were made wrong. Makes me not want to go back to that location.
