This specific location in Paris ontario is great the staff always greets me with a smile very pleasant and always chatting with the costumers I'm from Toronto and we never get that kind of service here thanks to the early morning staff

Seriously Guys, For them Double toasted is to burn the food. And making people life terrible at night specially when someone is returning from work and having for their dinner. And I have experienced this for the first time at night time. Even the cheese on it has turned black and tastes bitter.
Literally useless garbage. Waited in line for 20 minutes just to find out at the window, they have literally nothing I ordered. Then when they offered alternatives, they managed to screw THAT up and give me the wrong itemS..... OF COURSE. trash!!!!! 0 stars for this garbage.

These ppl don’t apparently have cold brew at 1pm and when the Ryan Reynold scrambled eggs came out they apparently didn’t have their chef in and don’t think if they have any left at 10 am

I only come here because it's close to work. They have made mistakes with my orders. Staff is really slow.. more gossiping going on inside than anything else. I am going on more than 10 mins waiting for my Sandwich today..and it is not busy here..1/2 hour for lunch 15 mins of that eaten up Tims.
