We have ordered pizza from here multiple times. We have never had a bad experience until tonight. We are 17 minutes away from the store (closest pizza place to us). We ordered their two pizza two topping special. One of the pizza’s we just got pepperoni on. After returning home we opened the boxes. Both pizza’s had little to no cheese on them. The crust at the centre was so thin you couldn’t even tell there was crust and a lot of the crust was uncooked. When we called we had informed them of what we received and let them know we did consume some of it before deciding it wasn’t worth it and the drive back would have to be done. They said they would issue a FULL refund and to bring the pizza (we assumed so they could see their errors). When arriving we were told we wouldn’t be given a full refund and only refunded what was brought back/we didn’t eat. They argued stating they weighed all the toppings so there was the correct amount. They gave us a refund of less than half our bill, and took the pizza. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Worst pizza I’ve ever had. The crust was super dry and hard to chew, overloaded with tomato sauce, barely any cheese, and the chicken was dry and half-cooked. I’d strongly suggest avoiding this place — you’ll regret every bite.

After attending a funeral all day we ordered a large pepperoni pizza for pick up an hour before close, the kid was short and rude over the phone. We picked up the pizza and make it home to find out the pepperoni pizza had basically no cheese on it. We went to return the pizza and see what we could do but the kid who was working decided to leave 30 minutes before close so there was no one at the store to resolve this. We eat here all the time and I’m honestly so disappointed with the service and the 20$ pizza we ordered. Unfortunately we still had to eat it as no one had eaten all day.

Was almost home from a 6-hour road trip so I decided to treat myself to a pizza in which is a rare occasion. Pick up my pizza in proceed home where I come to find out they have put peppers on a Hawaiian pizza, I cannot eat peppers and now have a pizza that I cannot eat . If you want to try an experimental pizza go ahead best of luck
