If I could leave a 0 star I would. I dont normally review places but service was absolutely unacceptable. My son and I went in to get a sub tonight and he waited 20+ minutes for them to even take his order. They were prioritizing any online order that came in and ignoring customers that walked in and when they did take an order from a walk in customer they just skipped my son and took the next person instead. Apparently they don't want foot traffic and they definitely dknt want my business again. Managers need to do something about this, Sorry, but either get staff that can keep up with the demand, turn off online orders if they can't keep up, or you should AT LEAST prioritize people who actually took the time to come into the store to order. Will never be going to this store again. If I wanted to wait 20 minutes for my order to be taken I'd go to a sit down restaurant. So disappointing.

The Fountain drink has been broken for weeks and they are selling bottles well they should be the same price if they want to be cheep and not fit the fountain drinks they are billing more for the bottles and makeing more

Over the past few times I have come to this subway there’s been somthing wrong. Not having a certain items, prices not matching or asking for somthing and it being token advetage of. I ordered a gluten free turkey ranch and 1 cookie. I got a chicken rancher and 2 cookies.I understand that they gave both cookies but that’s not what I asked for.Gluten free bread is bad and would not recommend.Some staff members are really nice others not so much?

On our way home from Grand Bend after the lighting of the Christmas lights last year we decided to pop in for a bite to eat. After we ordered our subs we were told that we could not sit and eat as the dining area was closed. The store was still open and was not closing any time soon, so instead my husband myself and my two young children had to sit in our car in the middle of winter to eat our subs. After reading previous reviews, this is clearly the same worker that has told people they are closed before the actual closing time. If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service and will never go back.

Chrispy Chicken sub chicken was chewy and soggy, asked to replace meat but only made excuses, sent complaint in app and the Owner sent a letter saying sorry and will let the staff know but like other franchises usually do is try to make it better, like replace it or coupons. My wife and I could not eat it.

It was way too expensive, $19 for a sub pop and bag of chips. Questionable pricing on the new sandwiches. $3 for two slices of bacon feels like price gouging. And let's not forget about Jared.
