This is definitely our favourite Tim Hortons location! The staff are always pleasant and friendly whenever we use the drive through.

To start I don’t usually do reviews because I like form my own opinion and choose not be swayed by others experiences, but I’m going to review this time because I really feel my experience was terrible. I ordered a simple hot cappuccino. From experience I know that if the cup is full something is wrong. The little staff member at the window argued with me that I was wrong and they had made it correct. Expresso with foamed milk on top anyone ? Don’t try to get it here. When there is a disagreement not resolved then everyone goes away unhappy. Not my intention or my desire. Money returned but I just wanted a cappuccino .

The staff are always very friendly and provide outstanding customer service .Their drive through is the fastest around . Extremely polite and professional when greeting our family at the drive through order box . So nice to see smiling ,cheerful faces at the window .
Fantastic service and great atmosphere BUT the Timbits and donuts are not the best. I think they ice them when they are still warm and the icing doesn’t stick. We come every week on our way to the trailer and I am always disappointed with them. Service is probably the best of any Tim Hortons though!
This place was full of flies everywhere, the owner of this place seems not interested in getting them out. It is disgusting to eat in a place like this. No care about health issues caused by this type of eating place.

I think it is ridiculous that they are open and you can’t even get grilled chicken wrap at 7 at night for people working late or nust want a snack if you cant get it dont leve it up on your Menu or close your doors

I was passing through this area on my way to Burlington. Stopped to get something to drink and 2 donuts and I was horrified at the amount of flies in the shop as well as the bathroom. They were everywhere. I did not est the donut I bought since I was afraid of the infestation of the flies. Please work on this problem. Not sure how anyone would want to eat anything from this location.
