Today we waited over 30 mins for take-out. Food was great but items were still missing when I got home. No gravy, plum sauce, forks, napkins and condiments inside the bag this time.

First couple of visits were excellent. But I stopped in on Sunday with my aunt for lunch, The fish was barely warm and the fries were cold.. Tables were not bussed, took forever to place our order.Waitress/bartender was overwhelmed, not her fault. Owner needs to step up his game.Maybe he should start bussing tables and playing bartender or this place won't last long. Typical Parry Sound restaurant, no consistency when it comes to quality of dining experience. Slipping back into Brunswick territory, at this rate, you may as well just put a jar of pickled eggs on the bar and close the kitchen. I'm not in a rush to go back anytime soon. Again, the waitress was doing the best she could in this particular situation, kudos to her.

Amazing hospitality and food is amazing drink choices and prices can’t beat in parry sound
There was someone getting rude and throwing insults at a waitress/ bar tender that had been nothing but kind, generous, and made sure that we were taken care of. She very calmly and politely delt with him and the bar tender worked together with her to have him leave. The atmosphere went back to very friendly immediately, and the food is incredible

1st time there on a Wednesday for lunch. Very impressed! Had the crispy chicken sandwich lunch and it was great and plentiful. Everything tasted better than I thought it would, being fried, and with the sauce on the side it was a pleasant alternative to having everything soaked with sauce which seems to be the norm in other places. Even though deep fried it did not taste greasy which again was fantastic. We also had the classic burger and that tasted great too!. Service was also great even with only 1 server taking care of bar and food when we were there. Will certainly consider this place again when we're back next time!
