Nothing better than a great jerk chicken with rice and peas! (ps, it's not really peas but beans, they call them peas in JA). This one was as good as any I've had, either here or abroad. Nicely grilled in the big drum. Delicious!

Went a few days ago for my usual meal order of jerk chicken. I'm not sure exactly what happened in the few weeks between this visit and the one before, but things were very notciably different, and not in a good way.

Right out the gate, they've taken away the option for card payments. Not the worst thing in the world, as my bank isn't too far of a walk, but still incredibly inconvenient.

The chicken tasted off, but thankfully was still cooked fully. Instead of the coleslaw that compliments the food well, I got what I could only guess was mac and cheese, but it looked so off that I did not eat it. And while I did enjoy the rice with oxtail gravy the best, something felt off about it as well.

I won't be coming back until I hear from others that things have improved to its former state.

Stopped here on the way back from Killbear and had a great experience! Got the jerk chicken dinner and 2 beef patties. Exceeded my expectations. This is up there with one of my favourite jerk chickens.

The restaurant itself is very no frills, but quick service, lots of seating and a great lively atmosphere with the music.

Glad we stopped in and will be back the next time we are in Parry Sound!

To die for jerk chicken in parry sound. The culinary highlight of the town.

We stopped in on our way home from up North (where there is NO good Caribbean food) and we were glad we did! We were greeted with big smiles and positive vibes. The food was delicious. The view behind the restaurant is spectacular. 10/10 would return!

The food is amazing here! I'd never tried goat meat before. The curried goat was so good.
Their jerk chicken is fantastic.
I've also had their pickrel... so light and tasty.
Their portions are very generous.

Pleasant surprise. Fun place with character. Fun happy people with character. Old guy bbqing outside nailed the chicken. Jerk chicken for me. Moist not dried out. Well spiced. Very Tasty. Meal portions large. Sitting here in covered patio soaking in the vibe. Lots of room. I'm Smiling. Planning my next visit. Soon. Worth the 5 minute drive from the highway.

Two Caribbean food afficoatos, sort of, had the jerk chicken and curry goat roti. Both absolutely amazing. Like, we eat a lot of Caribbean food and this place is among the best I've ever had.

Great food & friendly service! The portions are really big, we shared 1 dinner amongst the 2 of us.

The vibe and the music was right, and the staff friendly and accommodating.

Enjoyed the jerk chicken, cole slaw, rice and peas, and they have a good selection of Caribbean drinks as well.

Would stop in again!
