This place is a gem! You won't be disappointed. Stopped here on a whim to get some cottage groceries and they had everything we needed, including some great local honey and cheese. The full, tall shelves made it feel whimsical and homey. Friendly service. The prices are cheaper than health food stores in Toronto. I'll be back!

Great selection of vitamins, dry goods, bulk, fresh cheese and organic produce. Great location. Will definitely return.

Coolest little health food store that has pretty much everything you can think of. Space well used with experienced friendly staff!

Our family has been coming to the store for about 30 years, ever since I was a child during the summers at out near by cottage. We came in with my nephews and our summer tradition was unfortunately ruined in about two minutes flat. The woman working the cash register began screaming about there being too many children in the store. There were my two nephews and a woman with two other children. All children were with their respective adults so the comments seemed quite unwarranted. She then accused my nephews of locking the front door, they were with us four adults the duration of our two minute stop, so this too was unwarranted. There were two employees behind the cash register and very few customers in the store, definitely not enough chaos going on to make her that fluster and rude. I’ve heard chamomile tea has many calming properties, I’m sure the store has it in stock, perhaps she she should try it.

Amazing store. So much product. Large varietie and good prices as well as extremely reliable and if they dont have something your looking for they will go out of the way to find it for you if they can. The boss is extremely passionate about health and has devoted his hole life to the store as will as the community. Health and the environment is the most important thing to him. For all the years the store has been open he has done everything to reduce its carbon footprint.Wi

I should have read the reviews first! I didn’t think to since I’ve been acquainted with the store for a few years; more frequently since moving back from B.C. If I had read the reviews, I would have prepared myself for the chance of rude employee(s) - (you would be lucky to have the owner working, he’s nice). After reading the reviews on the store, I suddenly don’t feel so victimized from my experience there. Sad really... great store and terrible customer service.

All the staff are helpful and knowledgable. I know they are a local business that donates back to their community. They have an amazing selection of organic, sugar free products which are hard to find in some of the bigger grocery stores. Always happy to support local. Kim is always available to answer any questions that I have and happy to help me locate the product that I am searching for or if they don't carry it an alternate product that will work just as well.

The lady with spiky hair is super rude. I was told not to touch anything while I was in there ( understandable) and to ask questions about ingredients and products to avoid potential spread of covid. No problem. The staff behind the counter are great and approachable. In today to shop for my parents during the pandamic. The lady was short with me, as if doing what they asked about asking and not touching things was a bother and I heard her telling the staff "Once you deal with

We were treated very poorly this morning. Was told not to touch anything, wasn’t not offered any assistance. Was talked to very rudely and we decided to not purchase anything in the end. We are trying to support local businesses but it’s hard to do when we are treated so disrespectfully!! I understand times are tough but customer service is always a first

Not too bad. Good selection, some staff nice but not all. Disappointing they use a lot of plastic for their pre-weighed bulk foods. Overall a very reliable place
