Beef brisket was boring. The meat on its own was tender, but so little sauce that the dry bun was tasteless and dry. Waste of money. My wife was also disappointed with it. Very slow to serve food. Not very comfortable seating when you’re waiting that long. Pickles for wife’s burger was about the same as you get at McDonald’s on a burger. Came as a side. Maybe you need to take a lesson from Harvey’s. The 3 different drinks we got out of the drink cooler were halfway between room temperature and what they should be.
Fries were good. Orrs deli down the street was closed due to power problems so we came to Smash. Orrs overall is a better experience.

Fries were just ok nothing special. My cousin had a burger and said it was meh. Fries were not fully cooked and I think they're store bought frozen. I actually decided to try the chocolate milkshake and yet again disappointed. Extremely watery and didn't taste like chocolate. My cousin said the sorbet was really good though

Stopped here on our last night in Parry Sound. When we got there we were informed that they were sold out of chicken sandwiches and poutine (as they were out of gravy), which was disappointing as those wrre the two items we were going to get. Boyfriend loved the burger he got. I thought it was just alright. It's just an average burger. Also kind of disappointing that it was $1.99 charge for bacon and I got one slice of bacon on my burger? According to my boyfriend it was really good, so I guess its just personal opinion. But I do feel like its overpriced for what it is.

One patty smash with no sauce?? Weird. That's just weird. Makes no sense. Charging more for mayo? Also weird. Makes no sense. I guess you don't want your burgers to be as good as they can possibly be? The single smashed patty surprisingly tasted bland. With that apparent cut of meat they could perhaps use a little seasoning? Salt and pepps people. Goes a long way. Guess smashburgers are officially faux pas.

Truly disappointed, the burgers were tasteless, small, dry hockey pucks that weren't smashed or had any caramelization. Mine was so dry it was crumbling. I ended up throwing half of it out, and I don't waste food. On the upside the poutine was good. We got extra curds and gravy. And before anybody judges, I order fresh mennonite beef from my butcher so I know good quality beef. Tried to contact them because we ended up being ill within 20 minutes of eating the burger. 2 people 2 separate burgers 1 long night of diarrhea and cramps. 🤮 🤮 🤮
I had the house made vegetarian smash burger which was FANTASTIC!! With cheddar cheese, sai What did they call their sautéed onions and chipotle mayo. Was soooo impressed!!! The fries were delicious as well. Hot and crispy!! My man got the double smash burger and raved as well. We came right at the end before closing and they still let us dine in house and the girl at the till was super sweet And accommodating! Definitely will be back!

Way too highly priced. Not worth it at all. It cost extra to “add” mayo to the burger and it comes on the side. Costs and arm and a leg for a burger and you have to make part of yourself. Also you forgot the cheese on my burger that I paid extra for.
