Probably the best fast food place in Parry Sound. Great burgers way better than Mcpukes and the Swiss chalet has improved quite abit here from what I remember. Had a festive special and it was very good. Good size portion and the chicken was very tender and juicy. All in all one of the better spots to eat in PS.

Good food and good service. Washrooms and the dining room need to be refurbished.

I have gone to Harvey's in Parry sound many times and almost every one of those times I've had an employee speaking a language I do not understand I've put in a complaint many times to the supervisor or who they tell me is the supervisor when I ask for them.... I'm not someone that gets upset often but when somebody speaking a different language when they're not supposed to I have a hard time because although they could be saying oh that guy was really nice. I hope he has a good day. But at the same time they could be saying that guy's bitchy I hope he gets out of here soon I don't like him... Anyways Harvey was an amazing restaurant to come into but now I have people speaking a different language I can't understand not making my food right in front of me like I asked them to and then saying oh it's okay anyway thank you very much for your time and consideration and I hope that this message is read and heard thank you for all that you do and have a great day

I stopped by here on Sunday for lunch and ordered a grilled chicken salad. It was the worst salad I have ever been served in my life. Quality and freshness I would rate as 0/10.

Horrible food. Second time ordering here this week because of travel, ordered a pickled poutine both times fries were uncooked no ranch on either although it’s advertised as such. Aswell, they up charged me a large for a regular. Would not recommend stopping at this harvey’s location for a bite to eat.

The service was so good. The girl on cash her name was Fiza was really nice and sweet. As it was my first visit she helped me to choose the food. I had really good experience in my visit.

3 of 4 children trips were inedible, dry and hard.

5 star service this morning. We are traveling with an infant from Sudbury to Toronto and the drive can be long and challenging at best.
Our rest stop at Harvey's today however was a highlight of the trip.
The staff were so friendly and lovely. They were so quick at getting our order, and were so engaging with the baby. One staff member even gave him a toy that he had.
When she saw that my hands were full with the baby, the lovely young lady who took our order and made our burgers carried our tray to the table for us.
It would be lovely for management to recognize these staff members for their service.

Once again, super frustrated at the Swiss Chalet here. We travel quite frequently through Parry Sound and usually stop for a bite to eat. The last THREE times we’ve been, they’ve been ‘sold out’ of their rotisserie chicken. When we come through at dinner time (5:30pm) excited for a family chicken meal only to be told a different story by 3 staff members, disappointment would be an understatement. One said we would have to wait a bit for it (I was totally fine waiting), another said they didn’t have any in the oven (so too long of a wait), and a third said they are completely OUT of chicken (even the staff member seemed embarrassed by this and said it happens all the time!) How does this happen? Who is in charge of ordering supplies? Who is in charge of timing a dinner rush? Get it together! You’re in the service industry, in a high traffic/high sales location!
