Been here a few times, always impressed. These days fast food service can be spotty, even at major franchises. This location always produces fresh, delicious food. It's exceptionally clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Recently when our online order wasn't quite ready when I arrived, my companion and I were given free fountain drinks as a form of apology (we hadn't even complained, we were happy to wait). That's the kind of customer-centric experience that sets this location apart.

Talked to a manager in regards to the small pieces of chicken we got in our bucket. The manager said they now cut 12 pieces out of a whole chicken instead of the 9 they used to. Such a rip off.

To start off I would give this place a negative star if I could ,second off make sure your tank is full of gas because it’s the slowest fast food on earth and you’ll need to come back to get your order fixed .
