I went to this KFC around 9:10 PM because I was hungry. The store clearly says it closes at 10:00 PM, yet the staff refused to make any fried chicken and told me everything was already shut down.
This is completely unacceptable. If you are not serving food, then don’t claim you’re open until 10. There were still 50 minutes left before closing, and refusing service during official business hours is extremely unprofessional.
The staff showed no effort, no concern, and no customer service. I left upset, frustrated, and disappointed. This is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a fast-food restaurant. I will seriously think twice before visiting this location again.

Ordered on the app, went to pick up, told to wait and we will bring to you, waited about 25 min, finally called to see if they forgot I was waiting, order came out 15 min later, no sauce for tenders, chicken PCs were small, hard to tell what PCs they were, KFC has certainly changed in recent times, with recent new chicken shops having popularity KFC needs to get with the program. Would have given 0 stars if possible!!

Very disappointed with my recent order from this KFC. The chicken was extremely oily and greasy, some pieces seemed undercooked, and the fries were cold and soggy. Definitely not the quality I expect from KFC.

Monopoly market, not much options in this area. Tasted so bad, skin was soggy and meat wasn’t up-to the standard. Very disappointing.
I have never known KFC to have anything other than SALT on their french fries. They seem to think putting seasoning salt on them instead it's okay. Its NOT! It makes a big difference. It's not KFC!!

We waited about 20 minutes to receive our food. While staff member at counter was polite when giving our order we had to ask for cups for the menu and there were no napkins or fork for the poutine. We didn’t look at our menus in the bags and on the road we discovered that 3 of the 4 meals were all incorrect. They were wrapped in the wrong wrappers, not made with what was ordered and the mega fries we paid extra for were the normal size. I would not recommend eating here. Poor experience and not recommended.
Why do you have a drive thru when you just make people park and wait. I saw this happening while I ordered and asked how long of a wait. Was told 4 to 5 minutes. I've currently been sitting for 15 minutes and there are still 3 people parked ahead of me waiting. This is a little pathetic. Never seen a single kfc anywhere else that can't have your order to you before you leave the drive thru. Poorly run is my only thoughts. Tell me I'm wrong. Just got food 20 minutes. Wrong sauces no spicy mayo no cutlery and find out after they made the sizes smaller. This will be my last stop at kfc.

First the kiosk don't work after you try to punch in both stations (payment pad doesnt work) so you go through the hassle if waiting for a human to come help you. There were people already waiting in line waiting for their food so you know the wait is gonna take awhile.
