Stopped in and placed an order about half an hour before closing. Had an awesome conversation with Chef Maurizio and his wife (I’m sorry I forgot her name!), and they had my Hawaiian pizza ready in no time. We’ve had pizza from Maurizio’s before, and it has always been fantastic. Highly recommend stopping at Maurizio’s - you won’t regret it!

Amazing pizza but even more amazing owners and customer service. We came from out of town for a hockey tournament. They stayed open past their closing time to feed us dinner. The most hospitable people ever met! The pizza is absolutely amazing. If you’re in Parry Sound, make sure to try this amazing restaurant.

We were looking for a place to dine in after two days in a cottage on Ahmic lake and Yelp brought us to Maurizio’s. It was a small pizza place before we say the cozy dining area. It’s an Italian family’s family business.
We ordered 8 pizzas and the lady helped us change the tables and seats so we all fit in. She was super friendly and patient with us. Explaining every single pizza with details and helping us choose The food was great and we’ll all enjoyed it. We got hot cocoa’s on the house after lunch which was quite a treat! It was like a hidden gem! We stayed probably an hour and a half as it was such a beautiful and welcoming place. And the owners made it even better. I’d definitely go back if I am in the neighborhood again!

Me and my buddy rode here from toronto to try the famous pizza of Chef Maurizio, there’s a long line up of order but he made a way to serve our pizza as fast as he can and the pizza did not disappoint us. It’s perfect! Worth the ride! Will be coming back 100%!

Stopped by Maurizio's Pizzeria last minute and are we ever glad we did. Amazing service from the moment we stepped in the door, and quite possibly the best pizza we've ever had. Glad Chef Maurizio talked me into trying what I would get anywhere else, to see how much better his pizza is (5 meat).
Thanks again for the service and sampler cheese pizza, Chef Maurizio and Sandra. We definitely will not forget the experience, and will be back whenever we are in the area.

This was our third time having Maurizio’s and unfortunately it was not the charm.. after having this pizza twice last summer and finding it absolutely phenomenal we decided to give it another go while up in Parry Sound this year. We did not find this experience to be as satisfying with the price going up.. and the quality going down.. I will give them the benefit of the doubt given something may have been off that day, however I hope that this was the case and that the pizza can live up to its hype next time like it did the first two times.
