3 times in a row over the past few months, it has taken a minimum of 20 to 25 minutes for my fast food order to get delivered to my car, when they ask me to pull through. This is incompetent work performance and directly reflects the Manager of Parry Sound McDonald's.

In the past I've gone to this McDonald's many times and I sucks, you can't even understand what the employees are saying. I went this Friday around 10am and it was perfect. The guy on the drive through mic was great and the person serving the food was great too. Even the order was correct.

We stop at this McDonald’s every time we head north from Barrie to Sudbury. Every time we are happy. The staff are pleasant, the food is made well, and if there are any errors they are fixed quickly and with an apology. The restaurant is clean, and I love the setup they have for high chairs. I travel with a 2 yr old who loves to colour. I look forward to stopping here everytime. Keep up the good work Bowes St McDonald's!

I ordered a McVeggie burger today, but it was really disappointing. There was barely any lettuce inside, which made the burger dry and not as fresh as it should be. I expected better quality from McDonald’s. Please make sure the burgers are properly prepared next time.

I've found that the night shift quality has gone down hill significantly, I went in to use the restroom and there was toilet paper on floor which were really dirty as it was. I came back a little later to get some food, I asked for 2 large fries and a grilled chicken snack wrap with a extra patty, I was given over cooked fries and a crispy chicken snack wrap.
If management could look into this issue that would be great.

What truly sets this location apart is its commitment to supporting the community. The current owner is a strong supporter of the West Parry Sound Health Centre Foundation. During McHappy Day, a portion of proceeds was generously directed to support the hospital, and throughout the year, this McDonald’s continues to contribute to local events by providing coffee, muffins, and more. Many businesses operate to serve customers, but McDonald’s Parry Sound does so while also giving back in meaningful and consistent ways.
A special mention to Gabby and the entire team for their warm and professional service. Every visit is a positive experience. Highly recommend this location for both quality and community-minded values.

Waited 20 mins for my order & they said we forgot about it. While I was sitting here they screwed up 3 other people order & did a refund because people were waiting over 10-15 mins for simple things like drink & muffin. My fries were handed to me wet from spilt pop… & it wasn’t my drink. Terrible

Zero star not good food and also service so bad never go for this store and fries so cold and i order drink diet coke they gave me normal coke and always i go for drive thru some missing item for order and park car and go inside for food and also no response to customer . Worst experience in my life . All staff using mobile phone in front of the line . There is no any name tags for staff . Never ever go for this restaurant. Best one for Dairy Queen near the town . So clean and best service for the customers .
