We ordered the New Yorker pizza that has been advertised. It was horrible. No cheese on it and it’s not like how they said it would be. It is discusting. Everytime I order from parry sound Pizza Hut the food is crap. Why!! How hard is it to make a good meal for the price we have to pay. I will not go back to Pizza Hut in parrysound. This pizza is thin. But no cheese. Who has pizza with no cheese. Done with these people.

Just such a disgusting place, dirty, rude staff, unhygienic, and awful quality food.
We had just picked up four pizzas, two were stuffed crust, two were regular pan. The stuffed crust was stale yet still hot, we had to use knives we had on hand to cut the pizzas. In addition the cheese in the crust was hard. On multiple seperate occasions the pizza that we received were incredibly greasy, the boneless bites had barley any sauce on them. Whomever is running the establishment really isn't ensuring that the quality of the products are even close to other locations, this used to be my go to spot for pizza. However no matter how many chances I have given they manage to disappoint.

Staff was rude and unprofessional. Paid for extra toppings, they didn't add them, refused to remake it or refund the extra toppings. I've been hearing from other people in the area and based on other reviews, that this is a reoccurring issue, and the owner and staff do not seem to care.
