Rachel was so incredibly rude and condescending to us. Not only did she question and belittle us but she gave us all our orders incorrectly, the shaken espressos were not shaken and made wrong. So dissapointed.

I have never been to a Starbucks as consistent as this one. The staff are always friendly and kind even when they’re understaffed. The drinks are consistently made perfect everytime! :)

Ordered a PSL here today, only tried it after I left. There was no pumpkin flavour. They must’ve just forgotten to add the syrup (the sticker said ‘PSL’ so I know the ordering was correct). My friend’s was normal. I get that it was busy but like come on. It’s a fair bit of money for a coffee it should at least be what I ordered!

It has become a joke in our family as to how they will create a horrible experience. We stop here once or twice a year and they have failed us every time. I will give them this you never know what they will do wrong.For example I have waited 26 minutes for my order, to be told first they were busy when I asked why all these others were being served and I was waiting,and then they lost the order and once made it was wrong. I was blamed for the error because it was my fault the trainee didn’t understand what a chai latte is. No apology.Today I ordered two sandwiches waited and then when the first was done got told, «  we have been busy and we are out «  of the other.Not sure how at 1 you are out. Not sure why that was not known when I placed the order? Of course the one they were out of was the only reason we stopped there. It was one of the only vegetarian options they have. Again no we are sorry. But the manager explained how they don’t do refunds; did manage to get the money back on my starbucks card.AVOID this store.Starbucks please put a proper management team into this one.Vegetarian options: Very thin. You need to improve this and stock the ones you do offer.

The baristas in many Starbucks cannot make foam. By the time I get to my car the foam has disappeared. Making foam is an art and for the price I expect foam on my Carmel Macchiato.
