There was a lady working tonight (7:07 pm 2025-08-06) she needs to be retrained in sanitary practices. She made 2 sandwiches and handle cash then went on to make another sandwich all without changing gloves. The young man working was amazing. Toaster was down so asked if he could put it on the panini press(which he did), even changed gloves from putting it on the press to taking it off.

The old decrepit toasting oven is out of order and there’s some junk equipment piled at the front door. What kind of place is this? Washrooms are nasty. The three dining room tables were filthy and the place was empty. Some general equipment maintenance and housekeeping will go a long way. Now to the food…bread was over-baked and the veg was wilted and not fresh. Here’s a tip to the owner (as I declined your automated “gratuity” prompt at the cash), you’re selling sub sandwiches and your place is a disaster…Invest in some pride, some repairs and some basic housekeeping practices. Two thumbs down!! Way down!!

I ordered a sandwich through DoorDash and specifically requested the sauces to be packed separately. But, the order arrived with just the veggies and bread — no sauces at all. I called the store to clarify, but the staff was rude, unprofessional, and even started shouting instead of listening or trying to help. Very disappointing experience. Poor service and absolutely no regard for customer satisfaction. I won’t be ordering from this Subway location again and definitely don’t recommend it to others.

I ordered Subway from the Parry Sound location and clearly asked for sauces, even added a note to apply them in a zig-zag style. But my order came with no sauces at all.
When I called the store, they didn’t take responsibility and kept passing the call from one person to another. They were rude and unhelpful, and I spent almost half an hour trying to get answers. No one even said sorry for the mistake.

Place was clean, food is good but worker held back on toppings having to ask for more i.e 3 tomatoes for a foot long sub personally at least 4. Worker seemed annoyed and bothered from our busines. Tried to have a friendly conversation No smile would stare outside as if I was nor there. If you don't like your job find another.

The food and service were good. Parking is at the back of the building. You need to go around the building to enter the store since there is only one front entrance.
The sandwich artist literally just threw the sauce!!!!!! I mean it is someone’s food right!!! It is heartbreaking

Having tried the Veggie Patty multiple times, I can confidently say it’s one of their better vegetarian options. The patty itself has a nice, hearty texture, with a blend of vegetables and spices that make it flavorful without being overpowering. When paired with fresh toppings and sauces, it creates a well-balanced and satisfying bite.
