Updating Review, years of dealing with this location. Some staff are amazing, others won't even say hi and just stick the machine out the window without telling you a total, hello, or even a quick partial smile.
Rating on food is if they have it. Rating on warm drinks is "it's broken and will be for another 4 weeks" or "is being cleaned"
The newest display of pure lazy is the toasters now being "cleaned" anytime from 9pm-4am from my experience; with no idea of when it'll be turned back on. Although I'm NOW finally being told that it's the "normal time Tim Hortons turns off toasters". I have had my fair share of raw bagels now from here. But now only learning it's not always being "cleaned" was interesting. The very minimal if ANY food options have just taken a huge cut. As we only have 1 other places 24hours in the summer this is a staple for travelers and truck drivers. Absolute disappointment.
Dietary restrictions: If you tell them your anaphylactic to tomato and ask that are cautious they will put tomato on and then take it off before serving to you. Fail. Hard fail. Would have been safer left on so one could see this without opening the sandwich.

I placed an order through the drive through today around 2:00 p.m. Sat in line for over 15 minutes. When I finally got to the window the young lady didn't say a word to me, not one word.

We were visiting Killbear Provincial Park. We had a lot of rain during the Canada Day week. So we decided to come down to Parry Sound and go to Timmies and try the new pizza and get a coffee. Very pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly.
