Came to this location for a coffee and something to eat after traveling for four hour. Stood in line for ten minutes without being served. The line up was out the door. The service was poor . The place may be nicely redone but service needs improvement. Very disappointed. That was at 9:am. I'm sure you can see the amount of people on your camera.

Looks nice when you walk in, modern and welcoming. Young lady at the cash was rude and lazy. Young man who made our food was very helpful and friendly. The washrooms had no soap, and were filthy. Makes me wonder how staff clean their hands before making food…

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The food was terrible, and the customer service by Mr. Shaikh was even worse. His behavior was extremely rude, and he clearly lacks basic manners or a sense of how to greet customers. Management should seriously look into this — such service is unacceptable

I visited this Tim Hortons at 4 AM and I felt so good to see that they had savory pastry in stock at that time. Clean ambience, nice staff, good food. Bless you 🙌🏻

Good tim hortons. They are always efficient and have a lot of options. Better than average tims. I'd go here when waiting for the bus rather than Harvey's (which is usually closed)
