I stopped at this location on my way home… I was travelling through the area with my young family. I parked offsite and walked to place a $99 order. The kitchen started freaking out and giving me the hardest time. Maybe if Emma doesn’t like her job, she shouldn’t work in a kitchen. I’m sorry this was an inconvenience to the staff. I will for sure take my business elsewhere. Why should I be made to feel guilty for placing an order of food for my family.

The tattooed man at the drive through window not only mumbled but it was very difficult to hear in through the speaker and at the window. He most definitely does not care to provide good customer service.

Donuts have flies, very UNCLEAN!! I travel alot and am now taking photos of every Tim Hortons I go to with flies in the donut area!!! It is almost every location I have been to!!!! LOOK AT THE PHOTOS!!! 2nd Tim Hortons in 2 days, both have flies where the donuts are. WHERE IS THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT???? DISGUSTING!!! I will start doing videos on in!!!
Been there 3rd time today but always disappointed. We want to have 2 bowl but girl said they dont have enough rice for 2 so asked for a veggie bowl but get chicken.... and bowl was not even half filled. Felt so disappointed. Its better to not keep airpods on while working in customer service.😵💫
