The store was gross. All garbage cans overflowing onto counters. Floors haven't been swept in a while due to garbage again. Men's washroom was disgusting. Had not been swept in a very long time. Urine on floor at urnal.

I just wanted to share my gratitude for one of your employees at the Tim Horton's location in Parry Sound North. On the morning of April 23, around 8 a.m., when the store was quite busy, I accidentally left my credit card behind. One of your team members noticed and went out of his way to return it to me. His kindness and honesty really turned what was a tough day into a better one. I also want to give a shout-out to the entire staff. Started selling day olds as new? Grabbed a doughnut at 11:50 am today and it was a hockey puck I could hammer nails with :(
Well well well, guess who doesn't have toasted coconut doughnuts AGAIN. Why doesn't any tim hortons in parry sound have toasted coconut doughnuts. This restaurant is great to visit if you don't want toasted coconut doughnuts. Or if you want to watch the girls behind the counter belittle each other or belittle you. I will remove this review once toasted coconut doughnuts are available in parry sound.
