This is the absolute worst Tim Hortons Orders are never right And I ordered 3 different baked goods and they were all put in the smallest bag possible and now mixed all together and the Boston cream filling is on everything else in the bag and if you want sugar in your coffee good luck because they always forget Definitely a big thumbs down 👎

Horrible food. We ordered two bagels with cream cheese and there was barely a smear on each. The chicken from the “crispy” chicken wrap had wilted, mushy lettuce. The chicken was undercooked and no sauce to be seen. The cold brew coffee was old and sludgy. We were not aware of any of these issues until we had driven away. Please fix these problems. The only good aspect was the lovely lady at the drive though - Brenda - she was not only friendly but competent.

The store was gross. All garbage cans overflowing onto counters. Floors haven't been swept in a while due to garbage again. Men's washroom was disgusting. Had not been swept in a very long time. Urine on floor at urnal.
I just wanted to share my gratitude for one of your employees at the Tim Horton's location in Parry Sound North. On the morning of April 23, around 8 a.m., when the store was quite busy, I accidentally left my credit card behind. One of your team members noticed and went out of his way to return it to me. His kindness and honesty really turned what was a tough day into a better one. I also want to give a shout-out to the entire staff. Everyone is always so friendly and polite, and it’s clear you’ve got a great team there. Thanks again.
