Trappers Choice Restaurant

What a wonderful experience! Absolutely delicious food with a homemade quality. I ordered the traditional clubhouse sandwich with the carrot brie soup (soup of the day) and my son had the kid’s fish & chips. Both were absolutely delicious! Even the plating for the kid’s meal was lovely — wonderful attention to detail. To top it all off, the interior is a true reflection of Canadian culture and heritage, and the service was warm and welcoming. We will be back!

Amazing staff and the best breakfast ever. We drive 50 minutes from Victoria harbour to have breakfast at trappers. Best eggs Benny i have ever had. Highly recommend.

The pork schnitzel was huge. Very good. So pleased with the carrots as a vegetable. Done perfectly. A nice change from the usual. Great service.

I had lunch here, and was amazing. I had the Canadian grilled chicken and back bacon burger and fries. It was well put together and looked as great as it tasted. The service was pretty good at the table and the food came out fast.

The only thing is we waited about 10-15min to get seated. This is normally not a problem as they were busy. However there were 2 or 3 tables available and we and the people infront of us had to wait. I'm not sure why we had to wait for an empty table. But, again, the meal totally made up for the wait. I would highly recommend eating here.

Great atmosphere a view of fall colour on main road. Could not hear car traffic. Only improvement would be to increase Vegetable portion and choice of vegetables
And fresh made tartar sauce

Took the family out to dinner a couple weeks ago and as always the place is perfect. Absolutely loved it and the people there are always amazing.
