Best place in town for a nice dinner. Everything tastes and looks like it's homemade and the portions are very generous. The only thing that I did dislike is that the drinks are not free refills and was caught off guard when we received the bill. Would have not ordered a second round of drinks had we known that prior.
We moved up from Niagara a couple of years ago. Down in Niagara, there is a well-known restaurant, Betty's. They have homemade pies, some of the best hot beef and gravy anywhere, and a very comfortable atmosphere with real homemade food. The first time we went to Trappers, my wife had the hot beef dinner, and we were worried that it just wouldn't be as good as our favorite restaurant back home. Welllllll...... Trappers has become our favorite go-to when we want some...
Went here for the first time and the food was amazing! Our server Jennene was so kind and thoughtful and the food was hot, fresh and made in a timely manner. Definitely stop here if you want a great meal at a decent price.
