Their beers are good. I'm always happy to see them thinking outside the box with new blends/brews. Most people are past drinking mainstream beer, especially in a prime location/ venue like this. The foods good..but only one step up from standard pub fair. I've been by 4 times in the last 3 years on my road trips from Toronto to Parry Sound. I'm glad to see their busy..but its nearly impossible to get a seat at times. " come back in 2 hrs?" Seriously? Good for you guys. But the foods not worth the wait/ come back which I did twice. The other times I grabbed a couple cans from your fridge and drank them on my friends dock. But even getting someone to take payment / entertain questions at your take area is like pulling teeth.

What a hidden gem of a place! My friend lives in Parry Sound and suggested a night out at Trestle Brewery. I ordered a flight of 4 beers which were fantastic!! For dinner, I ordered the chicken sandwich and upgraded my side to a poutine. Chicken sandwich was cooked perfectly, the meat was tender & juicy with the softest brioche bun. The gravy on the poutine must have some crack to sprinkled on top as I ate the whole thing. They gravy is very tasty, not watered down, thick, and flavourful!! I will make a stop every time I am in Parry Sound, next time I will try the Reuben! Keep up the fantastic work Trestle!

Love coming here. We always make a point to eat here if we can, especially in the winter in the bubbles. Highly recommend the Reuben sandwich! Super friendly staff as well.
I enjoyed the outdoor seating and the beer flight, I chose the goat salad and it was okay, a little wet and sloppy for a salad.

Tried a flight of Marzenbier, Peanut butter and chocolate Stout, dark lager, and hazy pale ale. All four far surpassed my expectations. Premium tastes. Will be buying some to take home.For food, I went with the Dirty Bird- one of the best chicken sandwiches I've had in ages. The only thing I would say is that ordering 'hot' is underwhelming when it comes to actual spice levels - a little spicy and a nice tang. Sandwich was still delicious, but if you have any spice tolerance at all, I'd recommend ordering spicier than you might at other restaurants to compensate.

This is a don’t-miss stop in Parry Sound. Beautiful view of the picturesque trestle bridge (trains actually cross frequently), incredible beer selection, excellent menu. I’ve been many times and will be back many more!
