Although we were unable to do the tour due to staff shortage, the manager was eager to please and did a fabulous job of making things right! Great staff, very helpful, very patient! Was a very fun afternoon!
Are the actual experience at the Pelee Island pavilion was wonderful. The staff were helpful, courteous, and very speedy. However, calling in advance, inquiring about booking the VIP tour experience was awful. The staff member I spoke with, was very rude, short, and overall dismissive. The only time his tone was at all friendly was when he was saying goodbye.

That said extremely disappointing that the Island Winery charges the premium Wine tasting price of $30.00 and a 15% credit of glass or Bottle that must be opened and drank there. If you visit the Main Land Winery there is 2 prices of $20 and $30 plus a $15.00 credit towards a same day purchase of a bottle . I do not like being taken advantage of... I know there is Over Head and...
