11am Sunday.... no onion rings... ordered food, lady server went to the kitchen, I did a tap with my bank card and drawer of money opened up within reaching distance. Server came back shut drawer. I commented how money could have been stolen and she didnt care... Professionalism at it's best.....?

When it comes to fast food, I am a big fan of A&W, but I am not sure what is wrong with this location. Quality is just not on par with other locations. Seems to be mostly staffed by younger folks who haven't been trained properly. The entire process from ordering to receiving my food is a test of my patience. Coffee used to be good but often comes with an extremely long wait as there's never a pot ready when I am in and quality has been slipping.

From an out of town traveler - the entire experience was terrible▪︎mozza burger and fry▪︎waited exactly 30 minutes, at 25 minutes I asked, please, when do I get my food?When got it was the worst, $almost $15ServiceCashier monotone and clealy unengaged, leaned on counter most of time, when she was asked why things were taking so long by another customer, answer was, unorganized and understaffedThere were 3 staff on, but cashier could have helped in backThe 'cook' had no apron on, or gloves, and was constantly wiping her hands on her shirt, it was gross
