I'm a huge fan of small town Ontario, so when I stopped in Pembroke I had to find an OG downtown diner. The Bonanza was amazing. Service was next level, and the food absolutely delicious.

My poutine was great! My chicken fingers did taste a bit frozen, still good. My husbands pizza was not a hit; nothing stayed on the pizza (cheese was on top not underneath). He still ate it, just in pieces xo

The best spaghetti I have ever had anywhere by far. I love my spaghetti and I never miss an opportunity to try a new place when I am traveling. There was five of us altogether and all meals were thoughly enjoyed. Six stars. Thank you.

Ordered Canivore Hash with hollandaise sauce and bottomless coffee. Big portion, reasonable price, but I have had a better hollandaise sauce somewhere else. Attentive waiter never let our coffee cup run dry.

All I can say is WOW, first time here today and the food was soooo awesome, service was good and the atmosphere is so retro, we loved everything about this place and the portions were spot on, they don’t cheap out on quantity or quality and this has become our favourite new place to eat, can’t wait to come back again soon 🙂
