Service was terrible, slow and didn’t even ask how food was, had to ask for ketchup and received an empty bottle, had to ask for the bill and children did not receive their desserts. Childrens specialty drinks had no cotton candy. Complained to manager and he was rude and didn’t offer any insight. Won’t be back. And this is 2 in the afternoon.

Excellent service tonight and the food was absolutely spot on in every way, it was hot, fresh and so very tasty..the portions were what we like to see,they weren’t cheap!! especially for what you pay now and we’re already planning our next dinner date, look forward to trying other menu items ?

Have been going there for years and years. My wife and I also get takeout at least twice a month on average. Went for a drink after work last Friday. I have a very busy high volume business in Pembroke and just wanted a drink. Waited a half hour and got yelled at by some manager guy because my friends were already there and had had some drinks. Told me I ordered from the wrong server and made a huffing sound. I will never ever ever spend another nickle at Pembroke Boston Pizza!!!! Congratulations Manager guy...
