Went to the store with my service dog in training and wasn’t allowed to have her in the store. I tried to explain to the worker that she was an in training service dog but the employee didn’t allow me to bring her in with me. Love the store but kind of disappointed

It was my nieces birthday the other day and I had cake duty. To decorate a cake I of course need sweets so I went to our local bulk barn. Now I’m not one to over exaggerate but this was one of the best customer service experiences I had ever had. I had never been in the facility before so I was a bit lost but I fine mannered young worker named Takoda helped me find all I needed. I made sure to get his name so I could complement his service. After I had gotten all the supplies I needed the cashier at the checkout was incredibly excellent however I forgot to get his name otherwise I would’ve complemented him as well. All in all this store has excellent customer service and it was one of my best shopping experiences I will DEFINITELY be back again.

Just disgusting I'm never coming back!

I was there to buy chocolates for my sister in India. She really likes chocolates of Canada. I was on call with her so that i can buy chocolates of her choice. I enjoyed shopping there. When i went to the cashier I was waiting for cashier to help me out and meanwhile i was on call with my sister on my phone speakers. I can understand I can’t talk like that there, but the way cashier explained me i felt insulted in-front of other customers. I do understand my mistake but there should be more polite way to explain something to customers. I really felt I was treated like that because I was only Indian in the store. She did apologize for her mistake but some things can’t be solve by just one word “SORRY”
