Must've been the manager on duty I used a coupon code to save three dollars for my purchase which was $19.27 for my Work went to use the coupon for myself and she told me sorry you already used one very rude will not go back it is about customer service the coupon had nothing to do with her wage or doing

Went looking for a spice but not good at finding it, asked for help and was told by the girl to go down that aisle. Went outside and called their number and talked to a guy and went back in so he showed me where it was kind of rudely. Not impressed with the customer service when you ask for help. I’ll never go there again.

I over heard a manager giving another customer trouble and yelling. When that customer ask for her name the manager refused to give it. When the customer asked the cashier what's the managers name, the manager yelled don't give it to her.So with what I witnessed I will never step foot in that store again.To the Yelling Manager be advised that us customer's don't need to know your name to file a complaint we only need to the day (April 19th) and the time ( approximately 2:30pm) at the Pembroke Ontario store.

basic bulk barn, not too organized but not messy either. They don't have as large of selections as some bulk barns. I had a bad experience with one staff member, I was asking her about a specific item I was looking for and she kept nodding her head and say, no no no no no. Like geez just let me finish my question!!! It was obvious she didn't want to work, she could've at least helped me find an alternative solution but she was just a aggressive and cranky!
