To start, who dosen't love ice cream! The staff are amazing, kind, helpful. I have been there on busy and non busy days.They work together very well and are always cheerful. The food is hot and delicious, food is ready in a timely manner. I recommend this establishment if your looking for takeout or dining in.

They make beautiful cakes. Their food is great.

Fast service and should consider this over McDonald's for the taste. Very good

I had a fantastic experience at DQ in Pembroke! The atmosphere was calm and inviting, making it a great place to relax. The tables were spotless, and I was impressed by how the staff actively kept the place clean.
The team was not only friendly but also very patient, always serving with a smile. It really added to the positive vibe of the restaurant.
The food was simply amazing—prepared just right. I also appreciated the clean walking paths outside, especially during the winter conditions. It’s clear that the team at DQ goes the extra mile to ensure their customers have a great experience.

Always great food and ice cream.
Only drawback is the price is getting a little high for the portion and sizes. A PBParfette used to be reasonable but it’s over $7 now mostly ice cream.

Ever since certain people started working at Dairy Queen in pembroke the food is terrible. They never get the order right this is the 9th time I’ve ordered something and they got it completely wrong paid 60 dollars for my food and they didn’t even cook it right or prepare it right or even get the order right. I got brown chunks in my slushy man unacceptable.
