I have to start off by saying our server was amazing. She was very friendly and on the ball with drinks etc. I am giving the food a 2 because I am quite confident they do not cook the food fresh. The chicken for both my husband's and my meals were rubbery and definitely not actually grilled. We are new to town and love East Sides but this was definitely not the quality we are used to.

⭐️Recently I went out to dine with my mother at East Side Mario’s in Pembroke and we had a lovely experience.?The server we had was nice and the food was great! I especially loved the spinach dip and the soup. We ate it so fast, didn’t even have time to grab a picture.?I also love the bread here, didn’t get a picture of it but I believe you can have as much as you want, we got three loaves!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Recommend coming here for a supper or lunch!

Me and my boyfriend went a few nights ago and yes we do have a big of an age gap and I was nearly made fun if fir ordering a chocolate milk. But when my boyfriend and I got there it was fine until we had alot of eyes on us and multiple servers one came and asked if I was ok and of course I was I'm with my boyfriend the one person I trust but this establishment deserves have people that just assume things but otherwise I was very disappointed because me and my boyfriend were very uncomfortable with thinking I was in danger I used to love this place as a kid and now I just feel uncomfortable

It was a fabulous date night for my husband and me. The waitress was attentive but not hovering. The food was amassed and the atmosphere was fun.Dietary restrictions: The one here is a peanut-free restaurant. This is great news since I have a severe nut allergy.

By far the slowest east side Mario's yet slowest restaurant I've ever seen. Ordered online. Showed up 20 min late and still waited another 20 min for my food. You guys boiling my noodles over a pot of water heated by a Bic lighter or? Someone setup a gofund me so they can buy a kettle.

1. Portions keep getting much smaller, the plate of pasta is the size of what used to be the kids size portion. Did not fill me up. 2. The server kept hitting on my dad, whose wife was right next to him.
