Just got some food at the Harvey’s in pem and let me tell you…. THE SERVICE WAS AWESOME! Right from the get-go the wonderful lady who took our order was very communicative with the other staff which is awesome to see!! She took our order with such enthusiasm and kindness throughout the entire time we were there! Juniper is the definition of an amazing employee!! I hope she gets all the amazing things coming her way that she deserves!!

Stood at the cashier while the three girls working were talking. They all looked at me multiple times before one finally took my order. Got my drinks and took the last lid. Why isn't the lid stack filled? Went to find a table and EVERY table was dirty,sticky and absolutely disgusting. Ketchup packs and Ketchup all over one table. Full trays of garbage on other tables. If you can sit around and chit chat on your shift please tell me why you can't clean the dining room?? I was really disappointed in this place what a pig sty. Won't see me here again I will take my business elsewhere.

I just came home from going through the drive thru. I have the easiest burger request ever! Just a cheeseburger with pickleS on it. It's how I enjoy a Harvey's burger. 🤷♀️ You would think it's a simple request no? 🤦♀️ I get home, unwrap my burger and find ONE dismal pickle slice that I could read the paper through! How disappointing! I'm angry that a simple request cannot be carried out .
Worst experience I've ever had. I asked for two chicken patties, and they say they have to charge the whole sandwich. I've gotten patties at other locations and never been treated like this. $22 for two chicken patties and 6 (yes you can count them) onion rings. I'll be writing corporate about this if your management team doesn't reach out in 24 hours. You're not getting away with robbing innocent people like this.

Harvey’s really lets you make each meal your own! I had the Crispy Chicken Wrap, and it was packed with flavor. The buffalo sauce added a nice kick, and I appreciated the option to pick my own toppings. The Buffalo Chicken Salad was also delicious, with a good balance of spice and crunch. Great food, friendly service, and a relaxed setting—I’ll be back soon!

Their worker Hailey (not sure how her name is spelled) was extremely ignorant to the customer before us after they forgot to put food in her bag. then they proceeded to stare at us for a good 5 minutes while we were waiting for our order to be taken. she was rude the whole time and we asked for it to go and she put it for “eat in”. when we told her AGAIN that it was to go she was straight up snarcky and said “well you should’ve reminded me then”. it is your job to write it down as eat in or to go and it is your job to remember where it goes. not only that, we ordered drinks, she didn’t give them to us, we asked for them and she started arguing with us saying we didn’t order any but they were on the receipt and then we offered to pay for the drinks again. she gave us our drink cups and said “just take it i’m not arguing with you”. the looks she gave us, the stares she gave us and the complete ignorance she has is insane. as someone who worked in fast food for years, i know this behaviour is unacceptable and not allowed. if i could give this place a -5 star review i would. they just lost 4 good customers who only wanted a quick bite to eat and go. worst experience i have ever had in any fast food place in my life. i would recommend going anywhere else but this harvey’s in pembroke.
