Food was great as usual but the staff seemed unorganized. Other than that it was clean. Nobody was staying to eat at restaurant. Reason I gave atmosphere a 3 star rate.

I would have rated it higher but the drink machine was out of Pepsi. Still better tasting and better fixings than most fast food places and yet the price is very competitive...sad that BC has closed most of the stores in the province

I just love Harvey’s !! Our burgers were amazing ..however the lady at the cash was not very friendly it seemed like when I asked for some ketchup packets because they had none out that it was a big mission for her to get them

Was being verbally assulted in the store by an older man and his wife for talking and sitting next to them, workers were no help, i get there doing there job but no one came to help us, and ultimately we were kicked out by the workers.Very Unfortunate event, not sure why we let these things happen.

Rude customer service and very slow times to get food out when the store had very few people.
I wish that I could give a higher rating but it has been too many times after online ordering that we realize that something is missing. We now check in the parking lot before we leave but still end up with cold food after they fix the order.The food when eating in or taking out is always accurate it is just their online orders that are hit or miss.
