KFC just isn't as good as I remember growing up. The last few years we have been disappointed time and time again, and the most recent visits (twice in the last 2 weeks) was really grossed out by the shredded lettuce added to my (plant based) chicken sandwich, actually our entire family ordered the same thing and we all had brown, gross lettuce that should not have been served to anyone. I worked in fast food 20 years ago and I would have never wanted to or been allowed to serve sandwiches with nasty 🤢 lettuce. We will try again some day, but not any time soon!
Vegetarian options: They have plant based "chicken" sandwiches which are hard to find around here, which was the main reason for us ordering from there.

Facilities in very bad shape. Both bathrooms are broken. One inaccessible while the other had its door broken and could be opened by anyone. For a chain that has lots of resources you can't get this fixed? This comes down to poor and stingy management.

The only thing that was good was the service of the lady at the cash.. what a shame how KFC Pembroke has become. Hardly any batter on the chicken, chicken not fully cooked. What a waste of money. Don’t waste your money pay extra and go to NICKS across the street. So disappointed won’t be back. Head office will be aware to. T Byers

I tried the new KD sandwich and wrap. I thought it would be gross but it was so friggin good. The piece of chicken on the sandwich was huge and perfectly cooked. The wrap also had a large piece of chicken in it very tasty oh and can't forget the amazing onion rings they have now. All in all best meal from KFC in a long time

I got the box meal with the new chicken burger topped with Mac and cheese, $16.99 plus taxes, with a side of brown gravy. The chicken on my burger was pink, popcorn chicken was like chewing on rubber and the gravy was very lumpy! Only edible thing in my meal was the fries. The supervisor/manager refused to give me a refund or another burger. My husband had to get angry with him and then he settled on giving us another burger, which ended up in the trash also. I will NEVER return to this restaurant again. I can fully understand the many, many, complaints that this restaurant gets. It’s absolutely horrible!!

Ordered through Uber eats to deliver at Riverside Park camping ground, received my order and there was one item missing, called the restaurant to let them know and the only option they had is to go and pick it up at the location and I told him I couldn’t not drive and that’s the reason why I ordered through Uber Eats. Really disappointed in that restaurant again.

Just got my meal home. I got 3 chicken tenders instead of four and about the size of my pinky. And I dont know what happened to the crunchy coating that used to be on the outside of the tenders but I havent seen it the last 2 visits. I've given this place so many chances and I'm disappointed every time. Now I'm paying money for food that I didn't receive . I'm just going to give up trying and go somewhere else. I can't wait for Popeye's Chicken to open!
