Went there last night and got a 10 piece bucket against my better judgment. Not again. Like the other picture’s ppl have posted that’s what the chicken looked like. Super greasy the skin just fell off or no skin at all. It didn’t even taste the way it should have unless they changed the recipe. Definitely not going back. Didn’t think to take a picture of the food. Sry

Have to agree. Whoever is running this place isn’t running it right at all. Or they’re severely understaffed. The one poor girl who was running the show was surrounded by people who had no idea what’s going on

Ordered the thanksgiving burger on Nov 24th in the evening. Came with very little on it… the sandwich was basically a regular chicken sandwich with a load of mayo and sneaky side of stuffing and cranberry sauce mixed together. The guy at the cash told us we couldn’t have the side of stuffing on the order even though the website clearly states it’s an option. But he insisted it’s because “the sandwich had stuffing on it”…? Also… he didn’t give us the dips ordered with our meals. After a few times of missing order items and frustrating service… I think we’re done here.

The food tasted great but the guy working there has major attitude and is like that every time we see him. He complains about the other workers right out loud and I truly think he hates his job. He should never be in customer service!!!

After waiting 50 minutes for a simple order. We leave with our order missing a loaded bowl of fries . No dips no forks no napkin. And the food was cold.

We gave KFC another shot after speaking with the manager who called us personally. We went back and everything was as it should be the chicken was perfect as was everything. We will go back seems they maybe had a bad day the first trip. This was great everything was right out of the fryer and into the bucket. Skin was perfect
