When did this place go to the shits. Used to be good. Ordered tonight and paid the extra for white meat which I didn't receive. Everything was covered in grease, the box was saturated , the fries were soggy with grease, and the gravy container was slimy. Chicken pieces were mush and greasy. Everything was just disgusting. $65 for nothing. Save your money, it's gross.

KFC just isn't as good as I remember growing up. The last few years we have been disappointed time and time again, and the most recent visits (twice in the last 2 weeks) was really grossed out by the shredded lettuce added to my (plant based) chicken sandwich, actually our entire family ordered the same thing and we all had brown, gross lettuce that should not have been served to anyone. I worked in fast food 20 years ago and I would have never wanted to or been allowed to serve sandwiches with nasty 🤢 lettuce. We will try again some day, but not any time soon!
Vegetarian options: They have plant based "chicken" sandwiches which are hard to find around here, which was the main reason for us ordering from there.

Facilities in very bad shape. Both bathrooms are broken. One inaccessible while the other had its door broken and could be opened by anyone. For a chain that has lots of resources you can't get this fixed? This comes down to poor and stingy management.

The only thing that was good was the service of the lady at the cash.. what a shame how KFC Pembroke has become. Hardly any batter on the chicken, chicken not fully cooked. What a waste of money. Don’t waste your money pay extra and go to NICKS across the street. So disappointed won’t be back. Head office will be aware to. T Byers

Never again am I buying from Pembroke KFC. absolutely pathetic, our food was touched and messed with the skin has been torn off and the food is soggy. We called and complained and they hung up on us MULTIPLE times.

Pink Chicken hell no. First time ever I tried the new pink Chicken at Kfc and it tastes very not Kfc . American recipe ruined forever. Never eating here again.
