several times , my wife and i have ordered from this location and they consistently mess up our orders, not to mention when our meals are being delivered, the bag is falling apart or our order has been spilled (coffee) inside the bag, the other day the driver spilled 2 coffee and 2 tea right as he got to my door, not his fault, however we sent him back to get fresh items to try our order again, he brought the wrong order, he brought 2 ICED teas which were gross and 2 coffees which i have had better from MCD's before, we are tired of our orders showing up cold, or wrong, or all over the inside of the bag, we will not be ordering from you any more.

I went through the drive-through and I requested a cheeseburger with no ketchup or mustard, there was ketchup and mustard on my cheeseburger, and my fries were so cold and old, I could not eat them. Get it together McDonalds!

Made a complete mess of my burger. There was ketchup everywhere. My hubby ordered a double burger, and he got a messy single. Took it back, and they fixed it. The fries tasted and felt like they had been sitting for a very long time. It was a really bad visit.

It's just an ok McDonald's. I refuse to go into the restaurant as the floors are always sticky and garbage often overfull. Drive-thru is ok most of the time. Be sure to check your order as mine has been wrong several times.

I was trying to get a coffee and have them put it in my mug, I understand they don't really like doing it, but even after I transferred my coffee they didn't want to take my "garbage" as she described it.. witch ok fine but I just bought the coffee.. very unfriendly tone, she was pretty disrespectful, couldn't even open the window to talk to me, talking through the glass, she didn't even want to deal with the situation in a friendly manner, very unprofessional for a service team and I think she was probably the manager there I don't know but terrible experience with her there!!
Ordered a handful of McMuffins they were dry and burnt as displayed in photo also asked for mayo when my food was brought out I guess you have to pay for that now….

They mess up majority of our orders, some examples from the past year are when we ordered hot chocolate we just got a cup of hot milk, when my friends sandwich's were just a bun and then a bun and cheese, and when we received some random order that wasn’t ours. Those are just some of the mess ups. The staff are also rude when you ask them to remake your orders.
