Burgers are great! It was cooked good. Also have had the poutin and deep fried pickles both are always great! Gravy is tasty.

Last time I was there , my wife and I ordered a poutine to share and the lady refused to give us a second fork lol , so I went across to Dino’s pizza and they gave me a fork without even ordering a thing, clearly we left our money in the wrong spot , so my advice for anyone in the food court just go over to Dino’s for your food

Just paid 12 bucks for a speciality poutine that had next to nothing for gravy. Most fries were dry. What little gravy there was never did anything for flavor. Would not recommend at all.

Wow grow up I just read your reply to the most recent review, which is an absolutely 100% accurate review. Absolutely disgusting Don, you need to be fired.
Your food used to be good but everytime I've been back in the past year or so it hasn't been up to par. Half cooked fries skimping on the gravy and cheese. Don't work in a restaurant if you can't handle criticism especially when it's valid.
You should also change your online hours to more accurately represent when you're actually open. Being closed at 3pm on a Monday is wild.
Food was barely ok for a cheeseburger and large fries for just over $19, with no drink :/ Would expect a bit more gourmet (i.e. NOT Wonder bread buns and kraft cheese) at that price point... fries were dry and less than crispy as asked. Lots of flavour options to add, and were greatly needed.

The worst place I've ever been zero Stars the people there were awfully rude made me as a little kid cry and kicked me out just because I tried to get a drink because I paid for a drink and try to fill up the cup and their food sucks I've never had such awful experience before now I have Trauma from her and her husband and I wish I've never went there and her husband we're yelling at me and calling me rude names being rude to my parents and brother just because my mom said not to yell at me and yet I didn't even do anything never come here then I said I have mental health and she said I don't care and talk about me the whole time I was there after I walked away so I could calm down and I trying to make things right definitely not coming back I highly do not recommend

Horrible service from the woman at the counter today, I simply asked what kind of poutines they have, she pointed at the sign and said they’re on the sign, and turned away, okay no problem.. I decided to just get regular poutine, she then gave me attitude when I said I didn’t want a buzzer because I was going to wait near the counter… she then proceeded to tell me I was blocking the pickup counter… I was waiting to pick up food where am I supposed to stand.. ? miserable people should not work customer service… ? when I said I probably wont be back her response was “good” absolutely pathetic attitude.
And I’ll defend myself as well, I did not throw it on the counter, I walked up and said I actually don’t need this because I’ll be standing right here, you snapped at me and said actually it’s for me to keep track of what I’m doing… you need a buzzer to keep track of an order?? don’t you worry, you demanding me take a buzzer is part of the reason why I believe YOU are the entitled one. Play games all you want, NO ONE Was behind me waiting to order I wouldn’t of asked you a question like that if there was.. and you couldn’t take 15 seconds to recommend something good, you may have had a busy rush, but still have no right to be rude to customers.. if Mr fry guy is a corporate chain you shouldn’t be permitted to use the name and ruin their reputation.
