Just paid 12 bucks for a speciality poutine that had next to nothing for gravy. Most fries were dry. What little gravy there was never did anything for flavor. Would not recommend at all.

Wow grow up I just read your reply to the most recent review, which is an absolutely 100% accurate review. Absolutely disgusting Don, you need to be fired.
Your food used to be good but everytime I've been back in the past year or so it hasn't been up to par. Half cooked fries skimping on the gravy and cheese. Don't work in a restaurant if you can't handle criticism especially when it's valid.
You should also change your online hours to more accurately represent when you're actually open. Being closed at 3pm on a Monday is wild.

Food was barely ok for a cheeseburger and large fries for just over $19, with no drink :/ Would expect a bit more gourmet (i.e. NOT Wonder bread buns and kraft cheese) at that price point... fries were dry and less than crispy as asked. Lots of flavour options to add, and were greatly needed.

The worst place I've ever been zero Stars the people there were awfully rude made me as a little kid cry and kicked me out just because I tried to get a drink because I paid for a drink and try to fill up the cup and their food sucks I've never had such awful experience before now I have Trauma from her and her husband and I wish I've never went there and her husband we're yelling at me and calling me rude names being rude to my parents and brother just because my mom said not to yell at me and yet I didn't even do anything never come here then I said I have mental health and she said I don't care and talk about me the whole time I was there after I walked away so I could calm down and I trying to make things right definitely not coming back I highly do not recommend

Horrible service from the woman at the counter today, I simply asked what kind of poutines they have, she pointed at the sign and said theyāre on the sign, and turned away, okay no problem.. I decided to just get regular poutine, she then gave me attitude when I said I didnāt want a buzzer because I was going to wait near the counterā¦ she then proceeded to tell me I was blocking the pickup counterā¦ I was waiting to pick up food where am I supposed to stand.. ? miserable people should not work customer serviceā¦ ? when I said I probably wont be back her response was āgoodā absolutely pathetic attitude.
And Iāll defend myself as well, I did not throw it on the counter, I walked up and said I actually donāt need this because Iāll be standing right here, you snapped at me and said actually itās for me to keep track of what Iām doingā¦ you need a buzzer to keep track of an order?? donāt you worry, you demanding me take a buzzer is part of the reason why I believe YOU are the entitled one. Play games all you want, NO ONE Was behind me waiting to order I wouldnāt of asked you a question like that if there was.. and you couldnāt take 15 seconds to recommend something good, you may have had a busy rush, but still have no right to be rude to customers.. if Mr fry guy is a corporate chain you shouldnāt be permitted to use the name and ruin their reputation.

I remember coming and eating here and having a great experience. However today will be the last time, extremely rude, you shove the tablet at me to pay , and then you could have kindly asked me to wait at a table instead of shoving your hand in my face and shooing me off after I paid when thereās no signs stating do not stand here while waiting for your food, and once beeper went off, there was no care to even hand me my food but toss it up and walk away from me without even acknowledging my thank you that you did not deserve. That lady clearly hates her job and shouldnāt work in customer service when you treat people like that. Worst experience

The reason for the rating is mostly because of the attitude of the server(s). I was there a couple of weeks ago and I placed my order, gave the lady a $20 bill, but rather than give me my over $5 change, she took it upon herself to put the money into the tip jar!!!!!!!!!!! I was stunned, that she actually had the nerve to take my entire change and place it inside the tip jar. I thought that it was customary for the customer to give the tip that they feel is appropriate?? That left a really bad taste in my mouth. And as for the mofongo, which is what they are supposed to be 'famous' for, it's NOT authentic. It tastes like the plantains are boiled not fried and there's no chicharron added to the mofongo. If you ask for extras they don't provide them, but the charge you for them. Honestly, the food is 'ok' but it's not anything that you can't cook at home, better than what you pay a lot of money for.

Poutine was delicious except for the part where I bit into a fry and there was a piece of metal in it. I have ordered poutine here many times but I am now hesitant to even finish this one! I am very upset with this. (Photo of the piece of metal down below)
