The reason for the rating is mostly because of the attitude of the server(s). I was there a couple of weeks ago and I placed my order, gave the lady a $20 bill, but rather than give me my over $5 change, she took it upon herself to put the money into the tip jar!!!!!!!!!!! I was stunned, that she actually had the nerve to take my entire change and place it inside the tip jar. I thought that it was customary for the customer to give the tip that they feel is appropriate?? That...
