Pembroke Big Stop Restaurant

The bad: something has been wrong with the coffee machines for a while. I don’t think there are showers there.
The good: open 24/7 amazing people that work there. Really good food at the restaurant and they have a grab n go selection of sweets. There are also a lot of convenience options. The store is always clean and they are currently fixing the potholes in the lot.
Only recommendations are to fix the coffee situation and press the county/township to put up a traffic light

Honestly, I consider myself a foodie, but whenever I’m feeling low or emotionally down, I tend to eat more than usual.

Today was one of those days, but things took a pleasant turn when I stopped here. I freshened up first, then went inside and, like always, ordered my favourite breakfast—omelette, diced potatoes, and bread. I truly love this combination.

Every time I drive from Montreal to Manitoba, I make it a point to stop here, no matter what. It’s something I’ve planned in advance, and for some reason, I just can’t bring myself to skip this place—it holds a special place in my routine. This is my fourth time to visit here

The food, as always, was delicious. But this time, I tried a chocolate shake as well. What made it even better was that it was freshly prepared in front of me by Ella. She seemed incredibly sweet and kind-hearted. There was something very warm and sincere about the way she spoke—it left a really good impression on me.

Good classic food made well and in a timely manner. Nothing fancy or extravagant but just good food and reasonable prices

Forgot parts of our takeout order, staff was not helpful and accused that we had it when we most certainly did not. Being in customer service this was terrible and not how to handle customers.

First time having breakfast at this establishment. Kind, friendly staff were excellent from the time we walked in the door, to the time we left. Food was quick and very tasty. Our wonderful servers Sierra and Renee made this a place we will definitely be visiting again.

Delicious food and wonderful staff! My partner and I go almost once a week. The menu has a ton of options and portions are large. We never leave hungry! The staff are very welcoming and kind, we have always had the best service!

Our server was a girl named Seirra and was very rude to us. My boyfriend asked if he could swap out a dish because he didn't like the one he got, and she was rude and stormed off and proceeded to stare at us through the kitchen windows. When she brought his replacement food she dumped it on the table and left right away. We were very polite the whole time. We asked for the bill and she gave it and never came back. After waiting for her to come back so we could pay, we eventually gave up and went to the cash at the front. Won't be back again because of her. If there is something wrong with your food make sure you don't comment on it as you will get a rude server who will ignore you for the rest of your time.

Since I've moved to Ontario this has been the worst service and food I've had. My patience is normally pretty good but it's not difficult to make eggs Benedict properly and for a server to have at least a decent attitude. SIERRA gave attitude when I asked for a different meal, and even the French toast which isn't difficult was half made. Just pathetic, you have to be able to take criticism. It's a waste of money for food you can make very easily, the speed of service is concerning that most of my meal wasn't cooked fully. It's a health risk. Don't waste your money and time with SIERRA she's bringing down the restaurant. Discusting.
